Review 2：We stopped here for one night on our way to Zermatt. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The resturant downstairs was a lifesaver as we got in kind of late. Breakfast was excellent.
Review 3：The only weak point of the hotel is the weird wifi connection which is unstable and quite often doesnt work at all.
Review 4：This small spa-town is nicely located between the Rhine and the Schwarzwald. The hotel is great for families travelling with children and with seniors. The food is magnificent, the service is very good and friendly. It was a pleasure to stay here and I am already looking to visiting the place again.

Review 11：We stayed there without realizing that the hotel does not have airconditioning. It was miserable. The windows didn't allow the air tocirculate (no screens so the bugs were flying in) and it was around 29c.We did not have a good night of sleep. The hotel provided one smalltable fan which was not sufficient. We requested an additional fan andthey didn't have any available.

Review 13：comfortable, high-quality accommodation in a family run hotel. Welcoming and kind staff, warm manner, traditional Black Forest accommodation. Delicious breakfast. Excellent seasonal food. Superb public transport link. Interesting established spa town. In a word - wonderful!
Review 14：The railway runs just behind the hotel and there a good many trains - both goods and people. OK in winter with the window shut but will not stay there is need to have the wndow open at night.

Review 16：The service at dinner was slow and not particularly helpful. There were no English language menus; when we asked if they had one, the response was simply "no." Nobody at that point offered to help translate or suggest items. Our drink orders were not taken for over 15 minutes after first being seated which was hard on our young girls. The waitress did eventually help us a little with the menu, though not with a very good grace I thought. The food, when it came, was delicious, and we all enjoyed it. However, the dinner experience was rather damped by the attitude of the staff and the treatment we received.
