Review 1：The understanding and helpfulness of staff plus that there was usually a staff person who spoke english, which made things easier for us since we don't speak Portuguese.
Review 2：I liked the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to make our stay the best that they could. There was outstanding customer service. The room and beds were most comfortable, the room as well as the common areas were clean and well maintained, and the breakfast included in the price was excellent.
Review 3：The only tiny issue was the humidity that came from a suite wall. Suite 14 requires waterproofing maintenance. Despite this, I would tottaly recomend the hotel.
