Review 1：This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful location. We had a wonderful stay here and intend to return soon. The staff went above and beyond even picking our son up from the cable car and taking him to the Drs when he hurt his arm and we were out for the day elsewhere. Amazing thank you!

Review 5：The food was delicious. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and the dinners were a good deal as well. With 5 courses it was easy to find something to please everyone in the family and the kids menu was convenient. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

Review 8：I together with my old parents and my 13-Y son to stay the hotel with 2 nights. I must say it is the best hotel which booking.com recommended. I have booked lots of hotels in booking.com but never rate 10 before. The owner of the hotel is lovly lady and she was so patient to answer all of my questions before I checked in. I have a wonderful view room in 2 floor. I reserved two nights dinner which recommeded by all guests and I must say that it really derserved. If I have chance to be back to Wengen again, I will definately stay the hotell again without any hesitate.

Tap water instead of bottled which you would expect from a 4 star Hotel. Room not cleaned every day so I had to ask one day. Both my husband and son were sick at different times during our stay but hotel staff made no effort to ask how they were. Room v dated. What they call a forest room gave you views of a few trees only. Pool was nice size but quite cold. If u wanted sauna or steam room staff told me I'd have to go to reception to ask to switch on. It was clear that the owners who are on site are cost cutting in various parts as you will see from my comments. This is not acceptable as I paid a fortune for what is clearly just a 3 star hotel. I've stayed in 4 stars all over the world and this is certainly not what I would class as 4 star superior as advertised.

The location of the hotel slightly set back at the foot of the hill beneath Mannlichen is a great setting. Pool and spa are ace too but sorry, it was just too chilly to try the outdoor natural pond :-) I could go on and on and on about how fab this place is. I chose this hotel and Wengen on the basic of others' reviews and it turned out to be perfect for a special birthday and hiking in the mountains. The hotel staff even noticed it was my birthday (without being told) and presented me with a chocolate cake and a chorus of 'happy birthday'. Awwwww!!!

Review 94：I have just come back from a 4 night stay at Beausite Park and canthoroughly recommend it. It was a relatively last minute decision to goskiing (booked through Booking.com) and I ended up going on my own. Iwas made to feel very welcome throughout - staff were friendly, helpfulbut not overly attentive. The facilities are really good - to have sucha nice pool with fabulous views of the mountains is a real bonus. Thespa and sauna area is also quite modern. As a bonus, it's virtuallyski to door as well.I was upgraded (free of charge) from a single at the back of the hotel to a double at the front. The views are amazing at the front of the hotel, but I wouldn't get too hung up if you end up with a room at the back - you get to sample the view from the bar, pool, restaurant, etc. Having said that, I was very grateful and it certainly started the holiday on a nice note. Food was good and pretty consistent. You get a 5 course meal with the half board option - I'm sure I've put on a couple of kilos! Breakfast was a comprehensive and impressive buffet. I would happily return with the rest of the family - the hotel seemed to be a real mix of families, couples (young and old)...although I might have been the only solo traveller there! All in all, I can't recommend it highly enough.
