Review 1：We arrived at midnight (with a previous mail for notifying that) and the motel was closed. No bell, no telephone, nothing. We were not able to get our room. We finally could sleep in the bed of another guest (a friend of Laurent) and the next day Laurent didn't even apologise herself for the situation. The only explanation we got was that she is an old lady and goes early to sleep... Unprofessional.

Review 7：The guy who runs this place does not speak a single word of English. This is to be expected in this part of Quebec, but since my reservation was not fulfilled properly, we ended up with a room that had 2 twin beds and a shared bathroom in a converted farmhouse because he did not understand that we were supposed to have 2 double beds WITH a private bathroom. The floors were crooked and you could hear every bit of noise in the house - anytime someone talked or did anything. It was like an Alice in Wonderland house.We had to settle for it because it's in the middle of nowhere, and what was our choice at that point?
