Review 1：broken TV, broken hairdryer, construction works (pneumatic hammer from 7 am) in the object, average food in the restaurant but expensive (OK, this is Switzerland...)

Review 3：- heating could not be stopped so I had to have the window open all night, directly to the motorway - wholes in the walls - electrical socket-outlet repareid with tape - reception nearly unavailable - window ledge hanging down

Review 5：Firstly I could not find the entrance to this hotel, its poorly signposted and up a flight of stairs on top of a shopping centre in a rough side of town. i did not realise Winterthur had a rough side until I came here to look for the hotel. I had to call them for instructions. I did not feel safe in the area. around the door were several men just standingaround, no receptionist in sight. She eventually came out of a back room. the room is basic, and yes, the breakfast similar to I had in Romania once, the most unbelievable hotel breakfast possible.

Review 20：Rooms small and dirty. Very noisy from the main street. No free wifi or Lan in the Room. No space for the Bags. No Paper and Pen. Soap in shower and bathroom empty. Minibar empty. Nobody speak english. Reception is never occupaid. Room price is expensive. For the same Price you can stay in Hotel Wartmann or even Ibis, its still better then this one. Unsafe area, many immigrants and Alcohol addict. The worst at all is the Breakfast. I never saw anything like that in the past 15 Years. White Bread, Honey and Jam, old Yoghurt, Fruitsalad, Orange Juice, Salami and Cheese...thats it. Salami, Bread and Orangejuice was finish when went there at 9.

Review 22：The staff may not speak much English but they went out of their way tohelp and were very friendly to our kids, room had a bath / showerwhich was pefrect for the kids, area was reasonably quiet in theevening, breakfast is basic but nice and fresh, local ammenities aregood with a very good local pizzeria callled La Vita only a short walkfrom the hotel who are also very child friendly, there is also a busstop located directly outside which runs to the main train station andthe Technorama which was great for kids and adults, the hotel car parkis also helpful.
