Review 1：We had two separate stays and the first was by far the most acceptable. The second, a one-nighter, was wretched because of a structural noise problem with the AC, which was known before they assigned us to the room. After several complaints they moved us (at 10 pm) from the second floor to the first, after claiming the hotel was fully booked.
Review 2：The reception staff, with some exceptions, tried to be helpful with varying degrees of success.
