Review 1：Right next to some dodgy night clubs, not a family friendly scene. We had a room with breakfast included, we left before breakfast started that day. So, planing ahead we asked, on the previous night, if we could get some "take away" breakfast and they agreed. The next morning they said they could not help us because they didn't have anything to offer us. By that point it was too late (or rather too early) to do something about it. We didn't have breakfast that day.

Review 3：Clean, excellent locations, very nice and friendly staffs. Allow free early check in. Provide informations excellent services on where are good restaurants n massage . Nearby hotel got excellent restaurant like Thai n Chinese n also Muslim food. It is within walking distance to central market n night market. I love the bread so much.

Review 6：- prebook a pickup from airport but never show up and we waited for quite some time before arranging our own transportation. Later we found out the person in charge resigned before our arrival resulted miscommunication about our arrival.

Review 8：The breakfast could be improved. Eggs werent warm. Only a tiny bit of coffee/milk/sugar etc was out so constantly had to ask for more and then they bring out a little more. Things were messy on the table, all can be sorted out very easily.

Review 10：I dont like the behave of the staff, they did not welcome Cambodian customer, before we make a booking, we went to asked the room, the lady said, yes we have with the price 20$, 23$, 28$ and 30$, so I wish to see the room with rate 20$, but unfortunately in a few minutes we just friendly talk to the customer stay there with greeting, after she said we are full, no room for us, I am so sock, I just said what after I said ok, I went out to seat in the restaurant a while and looking on booking.com there are still available all room types, so I choose the 18$ one is more better than I walk in 20$. When I came to check in that was unbelievable, she said we are cleaver to make booking by booking.com, so it is mean that we are both stupid to walk in to asked them, they look like not welcome cambodian customer I think, there is no welcome drink, no bellboy, I have to carry my back by our own with no one es-code us to the room...just gave me the key and I have to find the room by my own, emm.... I wont recommend this hotel to any traveler..

AND ALTHOUGH THEY MENTION A WINDOW IN THE ROOM - FOR THOSE WHO ARE CLAUSTROPHOBIC-- WATCH OUT! THE WINDOW IS A PRETEND WINDOW LEADING TO THE HALLWAY ONLY! -8
