Review 1：i wound up arriving a few hours late due to plane/flight problems. so my reservation was cancelled. so i went with hotel paradise which was closer to my girlfriends house. I really cant evaluate this place for the above reason. I will say they never attempted to contact me via email phone or any other means like texting.

Review 3：Lots of tiny insects, similar to small ants and gnats but smaller, were in my room.

Review 4：Close to the airport. Free breakfast was okay, standard. Staff didn't speak much English but tried to be helpful.

Review 6：We stayed here for one night following a trip to the pantanal which is roughly 4 hours away. The hotel was cheap and close to both the city and the airport (about 20 reais in a taxi). It's a basic, dated hotel but you get what you pay for. Breakfast wasn't too bad for a 2 star hotel and the staff helped as much as possible despite the language barrier.

Review 7：It's not a hotel, it's a mess! They should have PAY YOU to stay there. Rooms are dirty, old, with fungus on the ceiling! Cockroaches on the floor, walls, table, IN BED!! DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER SLEEPING THERE!

Review 8：They were under major remodeling and construction when I arrived. But 4 days later when I left, it seemed to be completed. Couldn't find any standard type restaurants nearby.

Review 9：It probably would be better to be more centrally located in Campo Grande. But I used Hotel Galli as a jumping off spot for the pantanal. Room was clean and bed was firm, Wifi worked well. Breakfast was very good. What I liked was that the staff allowed me to get out of my 4 nights of Booking.com and just do 2 night..when I arrived and when I left the area. I was particularly happy with them not charging me extra as they could of!
