Review 1：This stay was one of the best we have had while traveling Brazil. The staff were wonderful so friendly helpful and of great nature. It was obvious that they all loved their job and thoroughly enjoyed helping the pax. This speaks to the great management. If you want the most restful environment and friendly this is the place to stay I could not find a fault, from front of house to service staff and oh the restaurant out of this world. Spar sauna and pool divine. Congratulations to management and staff all excellent.

Review 2：had to use computer room as only wifi location. Room is infested with these special type of small mosquitos which gave me about 50 bites: both legs swelled up to the point where I was incapacitated. Today, 5 days later both feet are still swollen.

Review 18：the price is not in line with the service. You can find a really best hotel for +/- the same price (ie: DPNY Hotel). I did not have any warm water during 3 days, thw wi-fi is so poor, the beach is really small with the road just in front of the swimming pool.

Review 21：The hotel's staff was amazingly helpful, polite and friendly, willing to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible in any way (including assistance in arrangements/ advice on things to do around the island). Excellent location on the island, close to Villa and to wonderful beaches. Tasteful setting & facilities, wonderful room and ...great caipirinhas by the pool! The hotel's restaurant Portofino was another positive surprise, we had our best meals there. Would go back/ recommend for sure!

Review 23：staff-wonderful. helpful, and very attentive. i had a wonderful view of the ocean and my room was very clean. the resort offers good food, wonderful tour advice, and the rest you need. i had the options of sauna, massage, warm pool, hot tub, some dvd~s, mini bar etc. bus stop was just outside as was mini beach access. I would stay there again and bring friends.

Review 27：Everything was amazing, loved this hotel. Staff was very helpful and the Pousada was very comfortable and very well run. Huge rooms! All with terrace and hammocks.

Review 28：This is such a wonderful accommodation! The location is beautiful, nextto the beach in a quiet part of the island. The food is great, we haddinner there every night, something we normally never do in our hotel.The staff is outstanding; very friendly and helpful; "Ifthere's anything we can do for you, please let us know!" wastold us several times. They parked the car for us on arrival, helped uswith booking a tour, etc. etc.. An overall great experience, I'drecommend this place to anyone!

Review 29：wonderful stay - we really enjoyed the heated pool with the pool bar, the excellent breakfast and dinner as well as the beautiful hotal architecture and the beach, which we had almost on our own.
