Review 1：The lack of elevator, We were on the 3rd, floor but they have helpful bellmen who will drag your luggage up and down when you check out.

Review 3：Rooms are small and very plain. Food at the bar is mediocre. All space was given to the grounds at the cost of the bedrooms. No elevator to carry suitcases to rooms.

Review 9：Reception staff were terrible. I booked a double non-smoking room and was given a twin in the basement of an essentially empty hotel. They don't speak any English which is fine but had no inclination to even try and interpret my attempts at the language (which weren't bad). After half an hour of attempted conversation, they gave me a smoking triple room. I complained again and only finally with a huge sigh, they gave in to giving me the room I had booked and paid for.
