Review 1：The comforter was NOT clean and looked like it had not been washed in months (I know motels/hotels do not wash comforter after every guest but this was unacceptable). More coffee provided would have been appreciated.

Review 2：It was somewhat secluded from the main 'strip', dark and quiet. Room was clean and had everything we needed including a playpen ready. The bed was comfortable and the baseboard heaters worked well. We brought our dog without notice but was not given a hard time about it.

Review 3：There was no housekeeping service during the day, so small things like our coffee and firewood not being replenished was easily resolved by asking for some more at the front desk.

Review 4：We had booked a deluxe room with a fireplace and jacuzzi, however, upon arrival, we saw no fireplace in our room. After inquiring about this, we were told we would be moved the next day into a room with a fireplace. We appreciated the speedy resolve and willingness on the part of the hotel staff to solve our little issue.

Review 5：This time we were not so happy about our room. It was supposed to be a non smoker, but the room was really bad smelling like cold cigarets. We are non smokers and it was not very comfortable for us. Even the clothes were still smelling bad when we came home. We maybe should have asked for an other room.

Review 6：We were using this motel a few times and it was always a nice stay for one or two nights. It is quiet, clean and friendly.

Review 12：We booked a Deluxe Suite because of the great discount offered by the Booking.com. The room we actually got was just a regular room and it was really small even for a tiny family of 3. It was cluttered and extremely dysfunctional. The fireplace ate a lot of space, and it was easy to make a trip over it in the darkness. Space was also taken by the extra fridge and the microwave in the sleeping area (there are also microwave and fridge in the kitchenette, and they are working). The fridge was too noisy to be placed next to the bed. Looks like, in the past (maybe in the recent past) this suite consisted of a living room and a bedroom (there likely was a door where is a second mirror now, you can see a niche in the wall). On some pictures you can still see a spacious separate living room but likely the motel doesn't offer any divided suites anymore.

Review 13：The motel is conveniently located in the quiet street (not facing any busy highways). It is close to restaurants, a visitor information center and a grocery store. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. There was enough cups, plates and utensils in the kitchenette.

Review 14：The hotel management was very friendly and we enjoyed the hot tub in our room and the other facilities like microwave, fridge, toaster and coffee pot.

Review 15：Fantastic location, low prices, and a well-equipped kitchenette made this a perfect place to stay in Radium for me and my fiancee. The manager was very accommodating and friendly and even upgraded our room for free.

Review 19：Motel was really quite (concrete floors, no loud plumbing), seemed clean except for the odd towel with a stain (my wife noticed). The outdoor amenities like the BBQ were a nice bonus. Kitchenette was basic but had enough accessories (pots ect) to do basic cooking.

Review 20：A great location in Radium- walking distance to restaurants & grocery store. Bed was extremely comfortable & room was nice & clean. The owner was very nice & extremely accommodating! I stayed with my dog & we were both made to feel very welcome & comfy!

Review 22：There was no shower, so an early morning shower was not an option. the ceiling above the tub was very moldy and the paint was peeling. The front window blinds were broken so It was uncomfortable as a female traveler as the didn't close properly and were open exposing the bed,so passersby could see in if they chose.I had to gerryrig a towel to have privacy. Also there was no screen on the window so I couldn't even let in fresh air without inviting in bugs. The fridge was tiny and needed defrosting. There internet was kinda slow also.

Review 23：The office staff was very friendly and curtious. the room was quite clean and smell good. the pillows were very nice.there was a large jetted tub which i took advantage of.

Review 36：The bed sheets were washed but had stains on them and the plastic shower curtain had mildew and mold on it, but unless staff took a shower in that tub they wouldn't have noticed. That is something that other patrons should have brought to the staffs attention.

Review 39：The room we had booked through booking.com was not the room we got. The owner told us there was a plumbing issue when they had actually double booked the room. The wifi was not working and we could not load page at all. They did not fix it until the next night.

Billed for a 12%HST and 2%PST- I argued with the false billing and had it reversed, but many travelers might not know that we don't have HST in BC and PST is 7%. Upsetting to see them try to dupe the public. Dirty couch to sit on.

Review 46：The room got very hot during the day and the old air conditioner was too loud to run at night, so it would have been nice to have a fan in the room.

Review 47：The room always smelt fresh and was kept very clean. Shower worked well and the bed was comfortable. The little coffee machine was very handy. Interesting driving through the large herd of goats to get out of the parking lot.

Review 48：William was very nice & helpful. The room was large & included a kitchenette with an extra refrigerator. The bathroom had a large towel bar, bath mat, fan with a separate switch from the light switch, large mirror & natural lighting. Cable included TCM & many other channels. There were 3 floor lamps in the room for plenty of light. The linens were older but very clean & comfortable, and there were 4 pillows on each bed. There was a nice sitting area outside under the trees with Adirondack-style chairs. Also a BBQ & horse shoe pit. This is an older facility but in good condition, recently painted & very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Review 49：very dusty inside could write happy face on t.v. screen in dust, pull out couch was very dirty needed a shampoo stains all over it. Didn't want to sit on it.

Review 56：The facilities were in an excellent area giving us easy access to paths, views, and the small community of Radium Hotsprings. We enjoyed our time at the Bavarian so much so that we are planning a summer trip.

Review 57：The thermostat was turned down to 10 degrees when we arrived. It would have been great if they turned it up before our arrival so the room was warm when we got there. We arrived late and the room never really warmed up overnight.

Review 59：the motel is very Kozy and peaceful and the staff is very nice when I booked the hotel online I didn't leave my credit card number so I was running late and the manager called me while I was few houres away to confirm my booking I told him I am running late he said he will leave the keys for me in the mail box and I could pay next day and that was nice of him . I will stay there again next time we visit radium

Close walk to coffee shop, stores, restaurants. This place is great value has everything you need if your not too picky. Its clean quiet off the main street so nice quiet street. Deer grazing on lawn and mountain sheep wandering around in the morning were neat to see!

Review 64：The man that greeted us when we arrived late in the night was super helpful and obviously proud of his motel. The room was just what we needed and at a fantastic price. Stay here, you won't be dissapointed.

Review 65：I did not care for the shower as its water dispersment was somewhat plugged up and impeded. I had hoped that when the room was cleaned that they had changed our towels.

Review 70：No shower in the suites with Jacuzzi tub. Noisy entranceway with a lot of noise of neighbours coming and going from their suites. Unsecured wireless connection through a website login. Meaning that your connection is open for anyone to attempt to hack it between your laptop/ipad/phone and the router.

Review 73：70's style old bathroom with gross yellow tile and gold toilet. But the worst part was after i got settled in spent 1 night went to shower next morning and no hot water! :( Went to front desk to ask what the hell she simple said something about maintainence? No offer of another room was offered or made until i started to let her know i might want my money back or go elsewhere, basically I had to ask if there was another room with working hot water and then move all my stuff over it was annoying. Bad customer service. Its a dog friendly place which is nice in someways but not if you get woken up to barking dogs every morning.

Review 79：The bed cover are not clean, stains and some dirty spots.The bathroomhas problem with pluming ( water was liking on the floor ( big darkspots the floor I the corner on the left side,which is showing thatsomething is wrong ..) and the kitchen as well, water was dripping allnight. When I complained to the owner about the bathroom he offered meanother rooms. I didn't like them, because they were a little bitmoldy.My hours bad and I are allergic to dust and mold. I told the owner"Thanku You but we will stay the next two days in our room".The Next day our room not touched by housekeeper. At 3 pm When myhusband complained, they told him that they could open the door! Myhusband open the door- no problem; the housekeeping for this day wasvery poor; the sinks and bathtub were not touched, as well the floors.It was a very unpleasant experience for both of us. This place has lotsof potential, but I will never recommend this place to anybody.

Review 81：This motel is exactly as advertised. It's not 4* but it doesn't say it is either. The area was quiet. We stayed on the ground level in a room with 2 double beds. Everything in the room was clean and in working order. The WIFI connection was the best I'd gotten on our trip. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who wants great value for their money!

Review 82：Air Conditioning didn't work. We checked out very early before we could inform the staff. Not likely to be a problem most nights in Radium. Just our luck to be in the mountains during a hot spell. Don't hold this against them.

Review 84：The bed was shaky. The mattress was firm but not rock hard, pillows were great and there were several. However, every time I move the mattress shook and woke up my partner. I did not feel a thing!

Review 96：The motel was excellent. It did not have AC but with the cross breeze and fan we sleep well in a comfortable bed. The room is compact with a tiny kitchenette with new like dishes and toaster. It even has a tea pot which made my morning tea perfect.

Review 97：We booked early in the year arrived around 7pm. Asked if we minded rooms with 1 Queen instead of rooms we had confirmed. Obviously because of busy weekend they had already let our rooms.We were happy to oblige. Our friends room stunk of smoke and the duvet cover was dirty. Arrived in a downpour. Stairway to 2nd floor had no guttering. All got soaked. No plugs in bathroom sink. Would not recommend anyone stay there. Not good enough.

Review 98：It's not a dislike but we were there for 3 nights so would have been nice to have the towels changed at least once. It's not a complaint because with water shortage everywhere we all need to be wise in our water consumption.

Review 103：Great location to every thing, only like 5 minutes drive to the Radium Hot Springs in Kootenay National Park, and 17 minutes to Invermere downtown. Nice and quiet.

Review 104：They have upgraded the bathrooms since my last visit. Good value-clean rooms, comfortable bed, nice bathrooms, attentive staff. Not the Ritz, but not trying to be. Just a really nice room for the money. All the hanging flower baskets were a nice touch too.

Amazing location, nice little yard to use, a bbq area for making our own steaks, free wifi and digital tv channels.. I could go on and on! Such an amazing place!! :D Also, we are a young, pierced, tattooed, dread headed couple and no staff for a moment treated us any less than the best (some other places judge us on appearance)
