Review 1：The fact that they take the entire payment three month in advance, the fact that we rented the garden room (on purpose) and got another one, and then had a whole family with children over our heads with all the noise that goes with it... However, last time the lady at the bar cleaned her coffee machine with javel water just while we took our breakfast and we got all the steam over our food... so, this time we did not take any breakfast... and we will come back anyway because we love the place !

Review 6：We very much enjoyed our stay because it was a comfortable room, friendly staff, delicious bagel breakfast and secure. We liked having the two rattan chairs and table to relax in at the end of the day, as well as a desk and chair. It was airy and light. The hotel was perfectly located and it was convenient to walk to everything. Eateries at our door step etc. there only stew rooms to rent which meant we had breakfast by ourselves which was lovely.
Review 7：I was on third floor, big suitcase, no lift. It was a little noisy Fri night and too warm to close windows. Sloped ceiling over bed so I bumped my head getting up at night. No cable TV as advertised, nothing in English.

Review 9：WLAN didn't work . No breakfast served before 8am or 9 at weekends. You get a plate with lovely jam and butter,, but not a fresh bagel, you can brew your own tea, but Nescafé is a no go. Why not put a Nespresso machine on the landing for the guests to use. Room price too high for b& b.

Review 24：The bed in our room was placed under the slopping roof and consequently I bumped my head several times. It was fairly expensive but then it is Switzerland and everything is more expensive. The breakfast was somewhat limited.

Review 30：In the evening there is noone of the stuff downstairs, that might be unhandy if you need something or if you lost the key to your room, for example. The phone number that stood in the contact information didn't work in the evening hours.
Review 31：A cosy hotel in the very centre of Winterthur. Lays near the central street but even though it's in the town centre, it's quiet here. Friendly and helpful stuff. Clean, nice size of the rooms, windows on the garden side. Great breakfast: fresh, tasty, healthy. Fridge and kettle in the room, that's handy. Will totally stay here next time I am in Winterthur.
