Review 1：The staff were great. Always helpful, we received our room as requested with pool view on a higher floor, views were great! Hotel is in such a great location, half board food was great, we got something different nearly every night, we have been here before and will definitely keep going back, it's just ideal for us.

Review 7：Overall great experience. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, great location, recently refurbished. Not the biggest rooms though but not the smallest either. Food OK, breakfast pretty basic. Very nice and joyful staff at the bar. Big + for them!

Review 8：The loungers by the pool were extremely uncomfortable and inflatables weren't allowed in the pool. The noise at night from the neighbouring hotel was a bit much a few nights but I don't think this is a problem in every room.

Review 9：The location of the hotel was great, the pool got lots of sunlight, very short walk to the beach. The staff, particularly the bar, pool and wait staff, were friendly and helpful.

Review 10：Only a couple of small problems.. Beds were two singles which we had to put together.. Also the sun beds are rock solid and uncomfortable.. These won't stop me from coming back though!

Not a first line.

Review 24：We had an excellent stay at the Las Vegas Hotel. It is surrounded by communal areas less than a 2 minute walk including the beach, Salou strip and entertainment like "Chaplins" bar. The staff were welcoming and polite. The lobby is furnished with a modern style.

Review 25：Hidden taxes to pay on arrival...not told about these until we got there. Breakfast - as in the majority of Spanish hotels the fruit juices taste like battery acid !! Parking is a nightmare if you have a car.

Review 26：Location of the hotel in Salou was great...in close proximity to the seafront bars and restaurants. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and with a few swimming pool areas to swim and sunbathe. Would definitely come back to this hotel next year.

Review 30：Unfortunately excluding maybe 1 member of staff the customer service at reception is found wanting, they are very unwilling to help or go even an inch over the line for you, they are miserable and abrupt, the 5 euro price for wifi per day is a joke but that's just the start, try and get all inclusive if you can as you will leave yourself penny less. But they just need to change the staff like urgently !

Review 79：Some of the staff in the breakfast/dinner room were very ignorant and very rude. They need to learn that we are the customers and instead of shouting at us, speak to us and find a solution to the problem. You are not allowed to bring food from the room but it was obvious that everyone was doing it but on one occasion one of the male staff, started shouting and giving out to us for bringing an orange to our room, that was abit uncalled for. On another occasion my sister was getting a plate for breakfast and one of the women started shouting at her to move out of her way and came right up into her face, instead of asking her politely to move out of the way.

Review 89：my room was on first floor, with window/veranda looking onto street and with hotel caspel's windows looking straight into our room. we could not open our curtains at any time in comfort because there was always someone looking at us from other hotel or looking at our room from the street. this was most uncomfortable....the windows need to have a net curtain erected in order to provide privacy to occupants of rooms on this side of hotel las vegas. we were in room 115 and will definitly not go back to that room or that floor again be aware of this everyone. but would go back to hotel again, it was excellent.

Review 90：All drinks are for money during the dinner - it was not clear when I wasbooking the hotel. It was told that drinks are extra pay, not all drinksincluding water and tea. As result - you just do not have any kind ofdrink free of charge.Not any double bed in the whole hotel for the couples. Wi-Fi is not included, as well as safe and fridge. Very uncomfortable feeling that the total price is higher than you were expecting. Some of the personel are not quite positive and polite I would say. General remark - hotel is not as bad, but 4 stars look too much for it.

Review 92：Very noisy apartments next to hotel - full of young people partying,shouting and singing all night until about 6 or 7am. Breakfast was verybusy - lots of queuing and quality of breakfast not great. Smallishrooms with hard beds. Only one English speaking programme on room tv -cnn. Not enough sun loungers round pool which were all claimed by 9am(although they were not meant to be!)

Review 94：First of all if you are not sure if you want to go to Salou — bewarned, beaches are extremely busy there. As for the hotel — we didntlike the food. Breakfast is really poor, supper is better although wedidnt try anything delicious. Fruits were really good and it was oursaving grave as it was the only thing we could eat. Review 96：Buffet dinner has a limited time to arrive (30 mins) and you arerestricted to the same seat every night. Breakfast was over a few hoursand you could sit wherever you want. Why dinner had to be so strict madeit dominate our days meaning we had to check our watch all the time tomake sure we finished our days activities and clean up so we where notlate. We had to eat out 2 times out of 7 because our days activitiesover ran. This happened on the first night and the reaction from therestaurant manager scared us from doing it again.

GotV.good hotel rate maybe because it was end of April.the room was V.cleanand fresh!reat shower!the buffet breakfast great selection.the poolswere gorgeous! And the beach was a 5minute walk.will definitly go backagain and definitly recommend to go to barcelona from there or viceversa, only hour n half on train. Both my sister and me said we will goback again and with our partners too who would equally love it in hotellas vegas and salou.
