Review 1：Some of the other hotel guests.

Review 2：How the hotel was slightly upper end which generally means that there were no water stains in the overhead shower tile, tiles missing, etc..

Review 3：The kitchen was old and out dated. The walls are pretty thin in the hallways and you can hear everything as you walk by. Also, the picture of the room I thought I booked did not resemble the room we stayed in.

Review 16：Fairly sizeable hotel in the small town of Radium Hot Springs. Onsite restaurant does a decent evening meal. Well placed for a trip up to the hot springs.

Review 23：Staff were not friendly. Most couldn't even manage basic politeness. Pool area looked dingy an moldy, especially didn't like seeing cleaning carts in loft area of pool. I couldn't reach to turn on hot tub, controls for someone 6 ft tall. I requested ground floor and got main level an was told it was ground floor(No ground floor is the floor that leads to the outside world where you park, leave building, go to use a vapor). Not enough towels in room for 2 adults, sure we would have been made to beg for more if we had 4 people like room is supposed to have. And the list goes on an on.

Review 37：The staff acted like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to book in their hotel. The room wasn't ready an hour after what they had listed as check-in time. The decor was a jumbled mess of different styles, colors and fixtures which ranged from chrome to brushed aluminum to white plastic and included 3 completely different types and colors of tiles in the bathroom and 3 different typed of light switches throughout the room. The WIFI reminded me of 1996 dial up speeds. I will never stay in this hotel again, especially for the ridiculous price they want for what are sub-par rooms compared to other hotels in the same price range.

I also didn't like that the doors outside we're never locked. You didn't need a key card to open them they just leave all doors of access unlocked. I don't believe this hotel is worth the amount of money that we paid.

Review 64：Our room was not cleaned properly. There was dog food under the bathroom vanity from the previous people. The doors had dirty finger prints all over them, there was a very large stain on the floor by the bed and the decorative pillow in the bed was so stained it was hard to tell what colour it was. This us a personal preference, but the bed was very soft, didn't have much support.
