Review 1：Breakfast room too small, felt cramped and everybody in each others way, when trying to get food. Very noisy in the mornings 6.30 onwards people shouting. No DVD player or washing machine as stated, but didn't need.

Review 2：Staff very friendly. very clean. Parking facilities very good. Large apartment and balcony. Fantastic shower. Weather very hot August 36 degrees on average. Free local transport in black forest area. Only a small walk to train station. Male receptionist very entertaining and friendly.

Review 3：No washing machine/iron. After all its a family apartment. Could easily have done without a dishwasher but not a washing machine especially if there are kids.

Review 5：Balconies are too close to each other. Guests on the next apartment were smoking all day in the balcony and when we open the window we smell all the smoke inside our apartment so we couldn't open the windows all day long.

Review 10：I will not report the problem about the room that I had to stay the first day, because the manager did her best to find a solution to solve it and We were pleased about the solution.

Review 11：We appreciate the manager's very positive and kind approach to solve the problems. The room was quite clean and comfartable for us. We are a family of two kids at the age of 9. If you are visiting the area, this is a very good choice.

Review 12：Corded blinds, with no safety snappers are a huge risk to small children, and shouldn't be in a family suite! Living area is functional, but not really comfortable or cosy. The sofa is a sofabed, and not great to sit on. No DVD player.

They were more than accomadating to all ofour needs and requests. I would highly recommend this apart- hotel foryour stay in Germany.

Review 15：There is no elevator (three floors) the second floor has no light As part of the hotel policy the kids apartment was not cleaned through out the week and our room was minimally cleaned, no towel replacements!. The manager was not very friendly.

Review 19：We used the apartment for a stop-over on our way to skiing, but I´m surethere is lots to see in the region itself (southern Black forest). Theapartment had two bedrooms with great quality beds. The sitting room iscosy and the little kitchen is quite complete. The bathroom is modernand has a roomy shower. The breakfast is great with friendly service.The location is not far from the motorway and walking distance fromrestaurants and railway station.
