Review 1：The shower console was a tad disappointing.

Review 2：The rooms are so lavish. This was my first at the Crest and it was amazing. Great service. Location as we attended the Rampage New Years bash at Chances next door. I booked through booking.com and it was nice and easy.

Review 9：Well I did my booking online thinking I would get a better rate then going through the Crest it self and only to find out the savings was only $4.00. Must say I was disappointed! I taught the savings would of been at a better rate since I did all the work myself through a website!

Review 11：The room was small and the bathroom even smaller (2 people could not stand in it). Room over looked the parking lot and was very noisy, lots of yelling and loud talking coming from the parking lot, it was a Sat night and I think the smokers might have been out there. No "pay per view" TV.

Review 13：Paper thin walls. On arrival at midnight after a 14 hour ferry trip, just needed a good night's sleep. But the people in the next room came in late and proceeded to stay up talking. Not a great start. The room was also hot and stuffy - there appeared to be no aircon operating.

Review 17：Parking lot is not for large trucks- guys really with the up and coming LNG you need to better plan this item. Also the rooms were incredibly hot - even with the heat turned off and the windows fully opened it was not a comfortable sleep. Can't imagine the working guys!

Review 21：Our sea view room looked out on workers equipment with the sea behind that, and we were woken by machine saws at 9am. We had to keep curtains drawn so the men could not see in. The hot tub was not working. The double beds springs transmitted every movement waking the other person up.

The restaurant was a high qualiity, nicely situated with good service and terrific food.The front dest people were also great.

Review 50：We arrived earlier than the usual check in time of 3 pm AND had previously advised the booking office of this fact. Thankfully Reception hastened our check in whilst we enjoyed a delicious very late breakfast overlooking the river - approx $25/$35 pp! The restaurant/breakfast staff were so happy and helpful! Our room- king size with river views was so beautiful and with a FANTASTIC "bay window" to view the happenings on the river!! Just so lovely!! Location location Had a chat with "local" man who told us About the sunken gardens - all tended by volunteers WELL worth the visit!! This hotel is close to the beautiful and picturesque sunken gardens (easy 7-10 min walk), few mins walk to the museum $6 pp, opposite Safeway and 5 -7 mins from Walmart, The Stiles Seafood /pasta Restaurant 5-7 min walk - turn right and walk up the road. The hotel has many restaurants within easy walking distance plus the Crest has a lovely restaurant within it! Next door is Chances which has slot machines and bingo etc The front desk/reception staff are so helpful and efficient with arranging taxis and check out - nothing was a problem. A Taxi from Ferry terminal/ VIA Rail Terminal to the Hotel is approx $10 incl tip and apparently VIA rail is often late leaving/arriving!

Review 52：This is an exceptional hotel in service and comfort. We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade with the eagle tree right outside our window over the bay. On the second day, mature and immature bald eagles were joined by a golden eagle. Their songs entertained us for over an hour.

Review 57：Our room was next to the restaurant and the cooling system was very loud and made our room so hot - no way to cool it - down and we slept very badly. After we complained they offered us an other room for the next night.

Review 59：I didn't like that we could not bring our small dog. The price is just too high! Most hotels are dog-friendly and some even have a hotel dog for you to enjoy.

Review 65：The welcome from reception. The fantastic room. The fact that a pine tree was right outside our hotel window on the third floor, and we were excited to see a bald eagle perched on it looking in at us. It stayed there for a good 15 minutes while I snapped away with my camera.It came back later on for more photos. The restaurant was great, and we enjoyed our meal and wine. The portions were generous. We didn't have breakfast as we had to leave early in the morning to catch the ferry, and didn't feel like eating at 5.30am. We would definitely stay again.
