Review 1：First of all, the lobby is too small and unremarkable. More appropriate for a doctor's office waiting room. The young kid at the front desk was overwhelmed with all the check-ins who came on the hotel van (too cramped for the number of passengers and luggage). The driver was helping in all fronts (not a bad thing, but he sure had too much in his hands). We were given the card for the room door and not told that we needed it to turn on the lights (a good feature, since it also helps to save the environment). We tried to contact the front desk but there was no directory to guide us. After trying a couple of popularly used numbers, we had to go to the lobby to ask about it. The directory should be in rooms by default. The neighboring area was less than desirable, with lots of beaten down structures.

Review 2：The facility was clearly recently renovated. Nice bathroom countertops, beds, room cleanliness. The driver who picked us up at the airport was extremely helpful, even at the front desk. Breakfast was adequate, with proteins, fruits and carbs.

Review 3：We stayed here for only 12 hrs before our international flight. The room was great, with fast wifi and nice onsite restaurant. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport - which is great.

Review 4：Disappointing breakfast. Met at breakfast by a troupe of uniform construction workers: obviously well educated and smart. However these sent inhabitants were unlikely to bring issues to hotel staff . As it appeared they left for work at 6 am

Review 5：Location near to airport. However it is not a hub for anything. It overprice on Brazilian norms is definitely related to its airport location it has little else to offer. Sure it is fitted out with typical high standard stone flooring and tiled bathrooms. It has no soul.

Review 6：Communication with the hotel was difficult prior to arrival. I had questions about how the shuttle service worked, which weren't answered - I had to figure it out once I got to the airport. For anyone wondering - there is an area outside Terminal 2 at Guarulhos airport where the hotel shuttles have a pick-up point - you just have to wait there for it to appear. Shuttle leaves the hotel hourly on the half hour (e.g. 10:30), arrival at the airport depends on traffic.

Review 7：Worked very well for an overnight layover for flights from Guarulhos airport. Shuttle service was great (once I found out how it worked). Room was basic but comfortable, and staff very helpful. Excellent value for money.

Review 26：We were waiting for over 3 hrs for the shuttle in the airport and all other hotels buses came several times. After a friendly driver from Marriot who saw us waiting for the 4 times he came around he contacted hotel 2 times and driver one until last time he stayed with us as its unacceptable. After they said the bus went 3 times when is just one small area where they can park. We were going to sleep only few hrs for connecting and we only got picked up at 10.30 for that reason we missed the breakfast as well. When leaving i asked for a trolley to take our 5 bags down they never bring it saying i had to go down and collect it.. And 3 ppl in front desk chatting didnt ven bother to help is to get the bags out onthe lift or move into the car or out. For saving few money was a really poor experience. Not worth it

It is very interesting that in such a hotel which is close to the "international" airport no one is able to speak in English. Only the driver of the shuttle could. So interesting!!
