Review 1：Room was musty and the hotel is more of a motel with large sliding glass doors facing a common walkway. Unfortunately our neighbors sat outside their rooms smoking and talking early in the morning and late in the evening so we couldn't keep our door sliding door open for fresh air and it was noisy.

Review 2：Since the hotel was located on route 138 it was convenient for travel to the nearby national parks. The included breakfast was a good value and the waitresses at the attached restaurant were excellent.

Review 4：The only negative was the dinner at a high-end restaurant they had recommended, the Mouton Noir. Dinner was a disaster for us. We waited over an hour for our food since the waiter had forgotten to place our order. When the food did finally arrive, one dish was quite nice, but the other was not edible. The steak was so tough, my wife could not even chew it. That dish was returned and by that time we did not want the desserts we had already paid for. The only compensation they offered was to reduce the price of the wine by $15. All in all it cost us close to $150 for a terrible experience.

Review 5：Lovely modern hotel, very clean, very comfortable and with a great breakfast included in the price. It is a short drive from the downtown core, but that was not an issue for us. They also offer discounts for the local golf course just up the street. We spent 2 nights.

Review 6：The hotel staff was great, let me use their printer when the one in lobby was not working. The Room does not have everything included like microwave or iron but was available in the lobby/ reception area for no additional fees. The breakfast was great and was included in our rate.

Review 13：We didnt like the fact that when returning to the room after a long cold day of skiing, we would find the room's heating was turned off with the thermostst set on the lowest temperature setting. That's no wat to welcome your guests back.

Review 15：Some rooms are facing road 138 which can get a bit noisy during the day. Although close to downtown you are actually more on the fringe of town and not in the center of the action. Bathroom products are somewhat minimalistic so you might consider bringing your own shampoo, moisturizing cream, etc. Towels could use an upgrade.

Review 20：Baie Saint Paul Hotel was a wonderful place to stay, and provided a full breakfast that you could order from the menu. Clean, friendly, reasonably priced, and our dog was welcome

Review 21：For such a nice hotel, there were things that were missing that would have made guests more comfortable. Like there was no complimentary breakfast. Tea and coffee in room were extra cost. Cheap shampoo from a tacky shampoo dispenser in the tub. Little nickle and dime things like that that were missing. Also, pretty expensive for our budget of three young people traveling.

Review 22：We stayed 2 nights here. Clean, comfortable beds, quiet room on second floor, staff spoke English. Good location, right next to entry into route 362 which is the beginning of the beautiful route du fleuve. About 30 mins from parc du jardins. Good Wi-Fi.

Review 23：A great place to stay. The staff were very helpful. Ask about the bike/walking path if you want to walk downtown. It is preferable to walking down the highway as there are no sidewalks until you get a bit closer to downtown.

Review 58：We arrived VERY late (2am) and our keys were waiting for us. Rooms were clean, plenty of towels. We had a great breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. Staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English and as we don't speak French. A great location and I will be going again.

Review 62：Workout room is not all I would expect. I could not run on the treadmills or I would hit my head. I'm 6'3" tall. The bike seat was stuck in a low position and was tightened so much I could not adjust. Not sure if it was welded but it was not comfortable.

Review 64：I had asked for a room for a disabled person that was mentioned on thewebsite. I had one hand-rail next to the toilet. No safety mat and onlyone small hand rail in the bathtub. I was unable to shower or take abath. The carpets in the room and corridor were filthy and neededreplacing.

Review 65：Rooms are renovated but try for a second level one as being on the main floor subjects you to the noise of people walking in at all hours of the night on the laminated floors above - needs better soundproofing to have made this a truly enjoyable realxing place to be. Reserved a King bed but got the Queen - arrived early and was told to "go do something else" until a room was available....and then not to get the King...was a little annoying and felt like less of a deal at the price we paid.
