Review 1：The Wi-fi was a hit and a miss---but what do you expect???? You're in the middle of a forest, and you're on vacation--you shouldn't be on your wi-fi anyway. Step out and see what there is to enjoy! I have no complaints really :)

Review 2：The staff was so accommodating and helpful. They made us feel welcome, gave us great insight to the area and excursions in the area. They went above and beyond what was expected in helping us find our way around the town and the area. The staff was incredible and were always asking if they could do anything for us and if everything was okay. It was an amazing stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Especially families with kids as the grounds are great for exploring and there are many things to do. They sent us on a hike to an area close by to see Macaws, and I think we saw 30+pairs of them! It was incredible and wonderful! All you have to do is ask and they try to accommodate :)
