Review 1：Although the breakfast has everything one might wish, some explanation of how to use the nespresso machine might be useful, as well as a more efficient cleaning of the few tables for the new arriving guests.

Review 2：The extraordinary historical surroundings, very friendly and helpful staff, quietness and comfort (very good bed).

Review 3：The price is very expensive comparing with the other hotels on the same area. However, the comfort of room is not that much good. It is very small room and old fashion.

Review 5：Surly staff. Wi Fi did not work in the room : we had to stand at reception to do emails as Wi Fi was not strong enough in our room. Breakfast was poor and despite being informed that on Saturday breakfast was served until 11am:; at 0940 we went for breakfast but it was completely closed and no food was available: we had to eat out. Overall too expensive and low quality service.

Review 9：The front desk staff was extremely helpful. I needed copies made, and they were done free of charge. The restaurant was also excellent. A bit pricey, but everything in Switzerland is :) They were courteous and the food was excellent.

Review 24：-Close to main customer ZHAW. -Winterthur seems a sleepy town, where in my experience after nine pm it is hard to find a place to eat; not with the Loge Hotel as on the ground floor there is a small pub/restaurant that has a kichen with extended opening hours. -In city center.

Review 25：No kettle in the room, the swiss thing of twin beds making a double, the website saying checkout was until 12 but the hotel saying it was 11. I could hear the church bells (it was a Sunday morning) sometimes but I was so tired they didnt bother me.

Review 26：I was there just 1 night and spent little time at the hotel, but the staff were lovely. The room (on the top floor) was fine - big enough, clean, light. The location was close enough to the station and for walking around the old town.
