Review 1：Bar under the hotel with terrible noise, no proper entrance had to ask to the bar to get in the hotel, there is no sign of hotel just the name of the bar

No elevator for 4 floors building ! We r 2 girls had to cary heavy bags up stairs without any help coz no one care about their clients.

Review 10：When we work up the Farmers market was in full swing (Tues and Fri). It was colorful, busy, fun, the people were very helpful, the subway system works well.
Review 11：If you want a full-service hotel, don't stay here: this is 'rooms on the top floor' of a bar+club. So maybe there's a noise issue at weekends/holidays or club nights; but for me, it was quiet. The nearby bells on 2 or 3 church clocks may annoy some (get with it: this is the centre of an old town; it's part of the package!) The WC and shower room are on the corridor, seemed to be shared with 2 or 3 other rooms only. (I never had to wait.) Washbasin in the bedroom. Seemed to be no breakfast arrangements; so just the coffee (or bring in your own items). Wifi was ok, but then dropped out in the morning and I couldn't get it back. No-one around to ask... so had to wait to get it again at ZRH (1 hour free).
Review 12：Location, location, location! Right in the centre of the old town; an easy walk from the railway station (ZRH in 20 minutes, departures every few minutes). Charming pedestrian streets. Price (CHF77 double for single use). Self-serve coffee and kettle available in a kitchenette on the floor.

Review 35：I arrived at the hotel before lunch, and all the doors were locked. So I could not enter with the luggage and I was not sure, if the reservation was real. The Building did not look very much like a hotel. I wanted a check in before the start of the conference, because there was programme until late in the evening. The result was, that I had to find another hotel in last minute to a higher price. I do not find it OK, that you make a confirmation, if the hotel is not functioning.

When we arrived there was no proper reception to check in, we found out that that is a rap show in the venue bellow the hotel and we were told it will be on till 4am. We had to ask bouncer to call the stuff, that checked us in, but the whole time we had to stand in the front of the hotel int he light rain. We had booked place fro 4 people, but only got three blankets and 1 pillow and when we report that to staff we were told: "Is that a problem for you?" I mean in which society this is not a problem??
