Review 1：no mini-bar and required tips at the breakfast, meaning that you have to have some canadian dollar cash (2 dollar coins for the vending machine and for the tip to the waiter).

The convenience of having your car there was especially important just before Christmas when our flight was late returning and we were too tired to drive for a couple of more hours in the dark. We just checked in and left the next morning after a good breakfast. A much more positive way to end a holiday. Thanks to Best Western.

Rooms were musty and drab, beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Didn't realize the free breakfast was a sit down so didn't have enough time to eat before we had to leave for the airport.

Review 29：I needed to stay one night in comfort in a room with access for a person with limited mobility. first floor quite clean comfortable wheelchair size doors and bathroom. elevator to the bar and restaurant with big doors to both of those facilities. Good ramps beside and up any small sets of stairs and low curbs on the sidewalk on the way in. Accidentally forgot my car keys at the front desk when signing in during a bad rainstorm. They chased me down to return them so I didn't have to make an extra trip and did it with a smile. Breakfast was wonderful, no charge and served with a smile. If you're staying at the airport and don't want to exorbitant prices. Stay here. I will again.

We were told there were zero rooms left and that we had to wait for "Peter" to fix our air conditioner after the first workman said it was, "Kaput!" I got very mad and they suddenly decided they DID have a room for us.

Review 57：Unfortunately the plane was delayed and I phoned to the hotel inform that would have a late arrival. The lady was friendly and told me, there's no problem, we will wait for you. When arriving there was a rude emplyee at the front desk that told me, you're confirmation was canceled. I've asked how come if I phoned to the hotel during the afternoon and everything was OK. The guy told me then laughing, because you gave us a expired credit card. He was laughing and making jokes about the credit card. As I was so tired, I gave in the credit card (that was easily accepted) and didn't argue as he told me he would have a room available for me. However I feel this in completely unacceptable to have someone so rude in front a front desk.

Review 58：Had to wait in the cold in the middle of the night for the shuttle service for one hour; had to call them 4 times before the shuttle showed up. At the hotel they couldn't care less; the rooms were dirty and dusty and to top it all up they didn't allow us to take a coffee to go from the breakfast area that was included in the price; it was either you sit or can't take anything away with you, not even a muffin. This was my last stay at a Best Western, there are plenty of decent hotels around the Montreal airport; I wouldn't recommend this one to anybody.

Review 60：There is a lot of road construction in the area. So, the roads are a complete mess, very confusing and not well marked. This is certainly not the hotel's fault, but it did make for a miserable experience when we took a short trip to a nearby restaurant at Dorval Gardens mall. It was a nightmare to get there. We went around in circles about three times before finding a small unmarked ramp that led us to the highway we needed to get on.

Review 81：No water in the room was simply unacceptable. I have traveled a lot in the last 5 years and have never seen a hotel not provide water in room. Obviously, I was quite upset that after charging $200 per night for the stay, the hotel didn't care to provide a water bottle (worth $2) in rooms. The layout was another issue. To find the second elevator was like walking through a maze. Overall, I was shocked with the quality of this hotel. I wouldn't stay at any Best Western property in the future.

Also a waitress who served the breakfast was very ethusiastic and jovial as she would greet all guests very nicely and talk as if she already knows you and made you feel welcome. The location is ideal as well within reach of airport, train and bus stations. Also a mall well within walking distance of 5mins.

Review 87：This is not a 4* hotel, it is 3* and needs renovation. The information that it was 4* was misleading. The sink was located inside the room instead of the bathroom and the bathroom was quite small.

Review 88：The beds were very comfortable but there were only double beds, we were informed that there was only a few queen beds. The breakfast was fine but it was not self-service and you had to queue waiting to be sitted in the breakfast room. The breakfast itself was ok but not as much as in other hotels. The hotel is located close to the airport and it is quite a distance from Montreal city taking also into account the heavy traffic which seemed to be always present in the streets. We are very pleased with the male staff member (technical support) who brought and set up the extra bed we requested. He was extremely kind and very, very helpful.

Review 89：very limited options for the breakfast, like a two star hotel if not lower. In the room u only have coffee, (no water or tea) . Bed covers sometimes were not as clean as they should. High noise pollution, could've used better seal for windows. The swimming pool is very small and the water was very filthy, there is one walk-in-shower, and one bathroom.

Review 98：The hotel is VERY VERY OLD. I never complain about stuff when it comes to hotels but this place is old. The sink is seperate from bathroom, bathroom fan is VERY loud and hooked to light, shower was small and tub did not drain well, the drywall on bathroom wall is cracked, rotted away from water leakage and very unappealing to look at, there is no fridge, and we had double beds (I just didn't notice this on booking as it didn't occur to me there would be 2 doubles and not queens). We were ending a cycle tour and booked here as it had a pool but we looked but didn't use it :-( Overall, it was just okay but I wouldn't stay here again as it is need of a renovation.

Review 99：We had bicycles and requested a first floor room which we were given. It made it easy to roll them in to pack up for our flight. The shuttle was on time and easy to use to get to the airport for our early flight. Breakfast was good but you need to leave time to order it as it is not a buffet/continental but made for you instead.

I had booked a room with King size bed and confirmed over the phone that 2 adults and 2 children would be staying, but when I reached the hotel the front desk lady put an extra bed for $10 and another $20 and taxes to add another $35 to the amount that I had signed up for. So, that was definitely not a good experience.
