Review 1：One week before we were due to stay at Hotel Vaness we were involved in a major car crash and were unable to travel. The team at Hotel Vanessa could not have been more helpful and understanding - the customer service was faultless and based on that alone we would book to stay with them another time. Added to that, our friends who went ahead with the trip said that the hotel was first rate - "fabulous rooms, great breakfast, lovely spa and really friendly staff" - and they would definitely recommend it.
Review 2：Emailed me 20 hours before my stay to tell me they didn't have my room because of confusion with booking.com. We booked 3 months in advance!

Review 4：Newly renovated and nicely done. Crisp and modern. The room configuration was brilliant. If you are a family of 5 it is often difficult to get 5 of you in joining rooms. Hotel V have duplex suites with a double room, a single room and a pull out sofa bed in large separate living area with ample bathrooms. Aside from that staff and food was great. Although hotel is centrally located they had a driver to take you to the lifts and collect you at end of day.

Review 12：Amazing staff, they help with anything you might need from transportation and equipment rental to recommendations and bookings. Located right on the central place. All the best restaurants and shops are there, and 7 min walks to and from the slopes (hotel provides free transport to anywhere in Verbier too)
Review 13：The problem is that the cost of the hotel is much to expensive because of the currency. Everything in the Hotel is at the moment to expensive to what you get.

Review 29：Some of the guests. That has nothing to do with the hotel, but they should put notes on doors to ask them not to shout at 2 or 3 o'clock in the morning or walk with ski boots in passages and tell their children not to throw away candies papers all over the place.

Review 31：The only negative comment would be in relation to our ski locker - every day we had a lot of difficulty opening/closing our locker (102). I'm sure this is a small issue that can easily be fixed.
Review 32：All the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. The complementary shuttle bus offered by the hotel (from 8am - 11pm) was an excellent service and they allowed you to be picked up/dropped off wherever you chose. We never had to wait more than 10 minutes for the shuttle. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of fresh food. The location was perfect. We had a duplex suite (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a living area split over 2 floors) and it was the perfect amount of space for us.
Review 33：The staff at reception are a little off-hand, to be honest - but this might just be a Swiss thing! Also, the food (apart from breakfast) is not that wonderful - compared to all the other very good restaurants in the village.
Review 34：The views are some of the very best in Verbier. On the balconies, facing South, the sun remains for several hours through the afternoon, which is amazing. The rooms are very generously sized and spacious - probably the largest in non-deluxe rooms in Verbier. They each have a sitting area, as well as separate bathroom, loo and dressing room, plus balcony. They are comfortable, luxurious and very well designed. There is a minibus which takes you to anywhere in the town, including ski slopes, and picks you up again, when you ask it to. The breakfasts are also incredible - and the bar reasonably inexpensive (for Verbier!) and comfortable whilst also stylish.

Review 37：Double bedroom in senior deluxe suite is small. No sink to wash up. A small kitchenette would be very useful. Unfortunately, all senior delux suites are on the first floor with limited mountain views.
