Review 1：Whilst the food and service plus the appearance of the bell ringers on New Year's eve was really great, the entertainment and so called dancing into the New Year did not exist and we had to go elsewhere! Investment in a good band/singer needed.

Review 4：I liked the clean and cozy room so much. The hotel staff helped us to spend a relaxing time at the breakfast. The best thing about the hotel was the spectacular view of Jungfrau and the valley of Lauterbrunnen from the room. They were beautiful and exquisite.

Review 5：They seemed a bit short staffed, but to be fair it is the off-season and they did have a few larger groups staying at the hotel when we were there.

Review 6：I stayed here for two nights. My hotel room was clean, spacious, that included a balcony with mountain views. The hotel is very convenient to the train station, only about a one minute walk to the station with trains going to Klein Scheidegg, Jungfrau and Lauterbrunen every thirty minutes. The spa and hot tubs were well maintained and a welcome sight after a long day of hiking.

Review 10：Being a family from Dubai, the 4-star hotel looked different from what you normally see in this part of the world. It is designed for cold weather with Parket flooring and wooden ceiling. When we went it was hot and the absence of air conditioning did make it a bit difficult.

Review 21：The ski room could be improved. While it does have boot heaters, there are almost no lockers (and they cost extra). More healthy options would be great for those who choose half-board.

There are two; one inside and one outside. The restaurant was very good and affordable. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant every night. The waiter, Enrico, was excellent. The staff at the desk made us feel so at home. The breakfast was the best in Switzerland! Laundry facility was very convenient. Loved Wengen and Hotel Silberhorn!!

Review 28：If you want to go Jungfraugoch the top of Europe then Wengen will be a better choice instead of Interlaken.And Silberhorn is the best in Wengen. 1.Great location,facing the rail way station within 3 mins walking distance. 2.Supportive and friendly staff are willing to provide the help. 3.Breakfast is ok with not many choices as expected however the dinner with 35 CHF is quite worthy,The steak is excellent. 3.Good view from the balcony to see Jungfraugoch. 4.Peaceful town of Wengen so the sleeping condition is great. 5.Try the shop next to the Hotel as 10% discount over 300 CHF and another 5% for tax refund!

Review 29：Free wi-fi required individual codes for each device and didn't always work well. But this was only a minor annoyance. A paid option with higher speed was also available but we didn't try it.

The staff we're warm and friendly and extremely helpful, even letting us use their industrial dryer late one night and allowing us to take our champagne on the terrace, despite it not yet bring open for the season. The breakfast was incredible. Anywhere that includes prosecco as a breakfast beverage is fine by me! We were upgraded to an enormous room with a separate bedroom for the kids, a balcony and a breath-taking view. All in all a wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel.

Ourtransport left at 7.30pm - perfect we thought, time for breakfast beforeleaving - only to be told on arriving in the breakfast room at 7.00amthat room info inaccurate - not open until 7.30 and despite the circs nomore than a cup of coffee offered. No apology from reception. Publicrooms getting tired. Food generally uninspiring in all respects.
