Review 1：The shower could have been cleaner.
Review 2：The hotel is close to Guarulhos airport and offers a 24h free shuttle. We left at 2:30 AM and they even gave us a box with take-away breakfast. About the location, it's in front of a huge supermarket and just around the corner there is a Habib's, both opened until late. São Paulo subway can be reached with a bus line that passes in front of the hotel (40 min ride, what is expected). The shower is excellent, with a lot of pressure and good temperature control. The staff is very friendly.
Review 3：Restaurant charges a 10% service fee even though there is hardly any service.

Review 8：Staff is excellent: they speak English and very supportive - kudos to Luis Alberto! The on-site restaurant is good, breakfast is perfect and dinner is also nice. Location is close to the airport, a big merkado store with a very efficient laundry service & a couple of good restaurants are just next door. Rooms clean and safe, and all the basic amenities are there. Shuttle bus service is extremely punctual, though did not try it from the airport to the hotel

Review 15：I had to take a taxi because the telephone number you had to call to ask a hotel's shuttle did not run. I would recommend that you could book this service in advance. Other disadvantage is that the hotel is not very soundproof and as is next to a road, you can not sleep well because of the noise outside.
