Review 1：Room 402 towards Marktgasse is very noisi in the early morning, starging at AM 06:00 due to shop cleaning and street cleaning.

Review 4：Great location in the middle of the old town. Loved the bells ringing and we landed in the middle of the organ festival which was lovely. Great family room with two bathrooms. Staff were excellent and friendly when we needed an extra bed. Good value for money (although Switzerland is still much more expensive than France or Italy) with a beautiful breakfast included in the room price. Our room was in the roof so we could step out into it and look down to the street. Very quaint for a hotel.

Review 7：The staff was very helpful and could not have been nicer. The building is also very old and interesting, located in the old town area. Breakfast was excellent and something to look forward to every morning.

Review 8：My stay there was in very hot weather and my room had absolutely no air circulating and I could not sleep. The small fan in the room made absolutely no impression. Also there were no meals served on a Sunday evening and no lunch after 14.00 hrs. Disappointing!!

Review 53：We did not pick a budget hotel. This one cost us 180 SFR I.e.S240.36 per night. Yes, it came with breakfast for two and I must say the breakfast is commendable. What is not, though is the night we check in, was very hot summer night. This hotel do have air-conditioner and we were both sweating away. There is also no fan or circulation of air. It was the worst night we had. Luckily the hotel staff at the counter offered us a fan which was meant for the reception. That was after we pleaded with him that he kindly allowed us to use it. No bell boy to help us to bring our luggage. Imagine the whole hotel only one staff manning its operation. Before, we already booked this hotel through the Internet. We were led to believe this was a grand hotel tucked in some remote high land, very exclusive. When actually check-in, it was actually located in the heart of a neighbourhood with a lot of shops selling various merchandise. Unfortunately, it was a Sundaythat we checked in and all shops are closed. So, we felt cheated.
