Review 1：Prince Rupert is not a big place but this hotel put us close to all that we wanted for a brief stay. They were extra welcoming considering our 5 am arrival.

Review 3：Very nice room, very nice value. Enjoyed the continental breakfast and the Don Cherry sports bar with our 10% off coupon. Front desk check in was prompt even though there was a trainee and they were busy. Very friendly and checkout was quick and easy. Very nice and helpful staff.

Review 10：I loved the central location of the hotel - close to everything - the waterfront, shops, and restaurants. You could walk everywhere. I arrived via plane on Digby Island and the shuttle bus depot is next door. Also had a late checkout the next day which was beneficial. Room was cozy and clean. Will definitely return.

Review 15：I booked a "newly renovated" room. The main room was perfect with a comfy bed, but the bathroom had not been renewed for along time! As someone who works in a hotel it makes no sense to only do half!

Had a good view of the ocean; however, was unable to see it properly, as the windows were full of condensation within the panes of glass. The parking lot at the back of the building is full of pot holes.

Review 19：Where to begin? Food bits on the floor in the room Broken A/C that they were unable to fix at 7 pm on a weeknight. No mgmt on site. Terrible 'breakfast' for those taking the ferry. No tea, just coffee, plastic wrapped muffins. No lights in the parking lot.

Review 25：Paying top dollar for a substandard room.Being held hostage because the ferry came in and rooms were scarce.Room smelled musty.Breakfast was terrible.The food inspector should pay them a visit.They knew they were ripping you off and and knew you knew and just didn't care and projected this. Amenities were poor.Parking doubled with a seedy bar. We will never stay there again and we were glad to get the heck out of there.

Review 69：I didn't like that the only parking was behind the hotel and the parking lot was not indicated at all from the street. I had to go out after midnight to pick up my friend from the ferry and I had to fumble around in the dark (no light) to open my vehicle. Not a very safe situation for a solitary female.

Review 78：I was a little disapointed when they asked for a $900 deposit ($200 plus the length of our stay) I have never had this happen in any other hotel but they said that was their policy even though I had called prior and was told there would be a $200 pre op on a credit card then we would pay after our stay. The room was nice but for the price i guess i expected a bit more of an updated room, the bathroom was outdated and the water went cold in the middle of showering a couple of times during our stay.
