Review 1：Very comfortable mattresses. Clean kitchen with sufficient tools. Just enough room in the Deluxe Studio for a family of four and plenty of food and gear.

Review 2：Linens were dirty (hairy pillow cases) and bed comforters were worn/ripped and unclean looking. Pool and activity facility was closed quite early (6pm) on evenings when we would like to use them (Dec 31 and Jan 1). Difficult to enjoy the facility after skiing a full day to arrive back to accommodation in time. Wasn't advised about ski equipment locker or the ski shuttle until the day after we arrived.

Review 6：The room we booked was misrepresented on the internet. It was very small, the beds were small & there was not a "full" kitchen or amenities like described on their website. The staff said they could move us for a fee, but then changed their minds hours later only to sale it to someone else.

Review 8：Hide a bed extremely uncomfortable. Two English TV channels. WIFI was terrible. People next door were extremely loud and slamming doors till all hours.

Review 10：Since our group had 7 people, we made a reservation for a room for 7 people. We did not get the room we booked, so the room did not have beds for 7 people. Two people had to virtually go without sleep for two nights and the others were not comfortable. Hotel staff should have fixed the problem or offered reimbursement, but didn't.

Review 11：Description said "Located 400 metres from Mont-Sainte-Anne", implying its a walkable distance. However, it did not clarify that ski center is 2.5 km away. I could use Wi-Fi only early in the morning, after 7 or 8 AM the service was so degraded that it was useless.
