Review 1：Hotel bietet immer noch Massagen, Wellness etc. im Haus an obwohl dies inzwischen nur noch auf lange Vorbestellung z.B. am Samstag möglich ist. Das Kurbad ist nur über einen äusserst steilen Fussweg oder per Auto zu erreichen. Hotel still offers massage/wellness treatments in-house although the in-house practice has closed. Any such wishes must be booked well in advance to secure an ambulant service. Also, the footpath down to the thermal baths is very steep: don't try if your knees are not the best!

Review 4：I short walk to the Cassiopeia Therme. Had elevator to get luggage to room. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.
Review 5：no elevator, had to climb 2 floors with our heavy suitecase, no shades on the windows, so there was light rather early in the morning
Review 6：We stayed 4 nights, room was simple but nice, beds were comfortable,felt like being home.. Breakfast was good though not much of a variety, same every day. Easy access to all attractions around the area .
