Review 8：The reception staff is very professional. There was a very loud party noise coming to the room from somewhere I couldn't figure out. I arrived at the hotel exhausted and was going to wake up very early on the following morning. I called the reception and a very polite and friendly employee went out of his way to figure out from where the noise was coming from and to solve the problem. It turned out it was coming from the street but it was clear that the employee was actively working to guarantee I would have a night of sleep. Also, I called the reception a few times to change my taxi booking and the employee was knowledgeable and patient.

Review 20：Staff too used to say no. We tried to set up a table in a quieter place for 3 in the Mezzanine to have a meeting (though there were tables outside), but got no help from staff. Not accommodating. Staff too young and not well trained to help clients appropriately. Shuttle service inefficient. They do not leave you in your terminal. You have to get off where they tell you and figure out how to get to where you have to go - sometimes far away terminals that depend on airport transport. Watch out for time!

And some other hotel guests also came in very late at night and were very loud and inconsiderate at about 2am. Maybe the hotel staff could just ask the guests who do come in late, to be as quiet as possible? And the door didn’t seal properly so it was light in the room and hence the noise came into our room.

(Suggest to wait there as the shuttlebus does not wait for you). Hotel arranges transfer back to airport free of charge. Nice gym and terrace. Good breakfast. Review 59：We chose this as it was advertised as an airport hotel with free shuttle. In fact it is up to 30 minutes from the airport and the shuttle runs only once an hour.

I had to do some work and couldnt do it because I was unable to charge the battery of my notebook. My suggestion (if matters to you) is change the outlets, like the country has already or buy a supply of adaptors for the demand.

Review 137：Overnight stay at this hotel met my purpose as it was close the GUA airport and hotel provided shuttle. I was also able to take the public transport from the hotel to Arena Corinthians to watch the watch game.

The Fine Print

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years old cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.All minors under 18 years old also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents.
