Review 1：The noise at night/morning woke me up EVERY night

Review 2：Staff were really nice and the location is extremely convenient, but noisy at night. Breakfast was really good and the pace is kept very clean. TV good choice of english programs

Review 3：The rooms were not as they seemed in the photos, the hotel needs a good re vamp. also we were told that we had certain items that came with the room and they were no where to be seen. Although we were warned about the noise of the T Bar below I didn't think it would be as loud and go on for as long as it did. Was a result in a massive lack of sleep. if you want a good nights sleep after a busy day skiing it is not the place for you.

Review 7：Bathrooms are 'wet rooms' -i.e. nothing to stop the shower soaking the whole bathroom. Rooms are smartly designed but very small - would be tight for 2 people. No front desk or staff during the day. No lift, no porter service and steep stair to the rooms - a problem with bags for anyone except young guys. Noisy traffic in summer, it must be deafening in winter with the T Bar in full swing - earplugs provided - and needed. Overpriced for a very basic offering and with too many snags.

We had requested a king bed and got a queen size. there was no reception desk or concierge to advise us of the various activities etc. The walk up to the hotel was about 3 flights to the entrance and another two flights of stairs to the room. with two bags weighing over 50 pounds and not help was not a welcome start.

Review 38：Friendly and helpful staff. Great free wifi in the room. Several tv stations in english. Good breakfast selection. Jacuzzi tub in the room. Ski room for skis and even a boot warming system. I had an excellent room with a balcony overlooking the town.

Review 39：The hotel is a little noisy on a Saturday night but once we figured toclose the shutters all was good.During busy shower times the hot water went missing but this is common for smaller places in Europe. The stairs leading into the hotel had a little construction around it but once it is done I am sure it will be great.

Review 40：Marie was a fantastic host at our hotel and every restaurant was perfectalong with suggestions for going out.Our hotel felt like a home away from home and I would highly recommend it for a trip to Verbier for any season. The Barista here makes the best coffee in Europe. The bar staff is charming and they make a fantastic cocktail as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Review 56：The room was very small. Clearly this was a double room turned into aroom for four persons by adding a bunk bed, maybe two persons would notpay the price. The shower was in the middle of the room, surrounded bylook through glass, which is very odd for a "family room". Thelunch was simple and according to the staff they did not belong to thehotel, so could not charge my room. The scent in the room was"funny" I thought it was a non smoking room. And to concludethe wifi did not work as well.

Review 60：This was a very expensive hotel (over £250) for the night and I expecteda different class of hotel. It was very noisy until very late, being oncentre square: the staff said that I should have known it would be noisybecause of its location. No warning was given at the time of booking.Totally unacceptable at that price.

Review 61：Room was very close to the TBar - which is busy with live music around 10pm to 2am. Excellent for Apre Ski, less so for first-on-slopers. Ski/Snowboard room was quite small and too warm.

Review 62：Staff was welcoming. Room was clean, comfortable and well kitted out - and had a spacious (if oddly placed) bathtub. Breakfast was varied, delicious and fresh. Simon made a few changes to accomodate our arrival and departure times. TBar downstairs had good music, tasty beers and friendly staff.

Review 64：Great small hotel. Room was lovely with a view of the mountain including from the bath! I applaud the owner and housekeeper who were most accommodating of me when I was unwell on our checkout day. I couldn't stay in our room as it was booked for that night but they let me rest in the room our friends checked out of as it wasn't booked. They were hoping to sell it for that night so they changed their cleaning routine to let me lie down for the day while the others were skiing. A big thank you to them.
