Review 1：The neighborhood is not safe at night. The restaurant is good but expensive. Consider eating before you arrive. The shuttle driver did not pick me up from the airport.

Review 2：The staff was friendly and professional! They went out of their way to accommodate me. The shuttle driver carried me to the airport. The room was clean, the shower hot and the electricity worked!

Review 3：The front desk staff can improve on their customer service. The food served for buffets was often cold and often left out too long before fresh food was given . The housekeeping staff for some reason didn't provide enough towels. I didn't feel as if I got my monies worth.
