Review 1：No heat in rooms a Staff knew this and just moved us to another room with no heat, Wifi was spotty , remotes did not work.

Review 3：Hard to find food after hours. No info in room. Had to get menu from lobby. Also "Noise" from EDM club nearby very loud for tired guests.

Review 6：1.Location - not thst there is something to do in Prince Rupert besides shaving your legs just not to get bored but it is about 100 meters away from Air Canada's shuttle to airport. If you fly Hawkair then check in is next to the reception.

Review 7：Our phone did not work all weekend, there were loud people below us and when I complained, the staff went to their room but the noise continued after staff talked to them. The wifi signal strength was weak ( I would lose it while laying on the bed.

Review 15：Room was hot, no air conditioning, no frig. no microwave. Everywhere you looked there were "Out of Order" signs, including the Elevator. Room was small and run down.

Review 16：First place we have ever had to pay a damage deposit, no air conditioning, only way to cool the room was to open the balcony door, but you have tenets on either side and above that smoke on the balcony even though they advertise as non smoking. Carpets worn out and stained. Requires a much needed renovation.

Review 29：Having booked with Booking.com we arrived off the ferry from VancouverIsland at 11pm to find that the hotel did not have the booking which wasnot a nice thing to hear. However, the lady on reception was verypleasant and found us a room - well, she had to, as we had thebooking.com confirmation in our hand !! All worked out well in the endbut the first time it has happened to us that a booking.com bookinghasn't worked !

Review 30：Hotel was probably the best at Prince Rupert but we didn't rate ittoo well. Rather old fashioned and a bit drab but the others in the townlooked the same. Breakfast was ok.

Review 32：We traveled for a week in the area and this hotel was our favorite. The view from the terrace was fantastic, water, ships, eagles, mountains. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Loved the terrace and spent a fair bit of time on it. Be sure to ask for a water view when reserving. Staff very friendly and helpful. Town is small and everything is in walking distance.

Review 33：After I discover that the hotel did not have hot water, they did not react at all. It was not a big deal for them. Horrible service. Will not ever stay again!

I parked in the designated hotel guest parking to the side of the hotel...............Never had I felt someone just looked right through me, as if I was not there.......

Review 126：When I had booked my room online I had wrote in the description that we would like to have an ocean view, but we were given the side view of the city. Our stay before this last one we were kept up all night from partiers above and beside us. And lastly the last 2 times we checked out we were left waiting 15-30 minutes because of some kind of mix-up.

Review 127：Myself and my spouse enjoyed our stay this time, we found the room was quite comfortable. We have stayed here the last 3-4 times we've come to Prince Rupert for our business trip.

Review 128：Housekeeping (4 of them) cleaning the room before we checked out or had a shower. Restaurant open only until 2 pm. Reading lights don't work beside the bed, we asked for the renovated floor but that clearly happened at least 20 years ago.

Review 133：Rooms were well appointed, spotlessly clean, great TV and Wi-Fi. Toiletries were good, bathroom overall very clean with good towels and lots of hot water. The room I was in didn't have an ocean view but it was very spacious. Overall one of the best hotels for the money in the North West. For me a 4 star!
