Review 1：Everything really, staff were so rubbish it makes your trip horrible, they couldn't take my card for payment, found out it was there fault. When asked for the dialing code to call England no one could help. No one would log me in to the Internet, and no one helped at all. Then after arranging the bus for a certain time only to be told it didn't run at that time so was late going to the airport. So when asked to see the manager the staff actually lied to not get him to the desk. Honestly it was a horrible experience

Review 4：Nice new hotel, large rooms, with good size beds. Only a £12 Yellow cab ride from the airport ! ( 40mins and about 10 miles @ 4am. ) A/c worked well and the TV had a good choice of channels. Late check in/out not a problem. 4 excellent guest computers. Pool was 'bijou' , but 'open all hours' ! ATM in lobby. Breakfast was good and varied. Restaurant food was cheap and excellent. Best ask for quiet room at rear !!

Review 6：The Staff seems to be no so happy with their job, front desck can't smile, I asked for a spoon at the room they say it will be a charge for it. Asked for a battle opener at the room it won't be possible so send someone to open the wine battle at the room it won't be possible you must bring the wine battle to the bar so they can open it for you. Cleaning ladies all great . Over all won't stay ther never again won't recommend.

Review 7：Wifi is not working properly. I have paid Cash Real of my stay. But, still i got message that it was debit from my credit card the no has been gave while booking.com. i am waiting for my statement to reverify.

Review 9：Everything cost so much energy in this hotel: - there is a lack of english proficiency at the reception - heated pool=cold pool half filled with water - sauna complex not refurbished in 20 years and dirty - locker system does not work - Reception is not responding calls, when it does 1/10 times you could only conversate in portugues or spanish. - a la carte dinner in a 5 star restaurant you don't expect dry fried chicken and pasta from the microwave.

Review 12：It is close to airport, the hotel has its own airport transport service every hour. The staff was helpful and friendly. There are pubs and bars around if you just want to have some good time.Don't worry there is no noise.

I've never seen such bad Wifi in a hotel, not even anywhere in Africa. Mediocre food. Old hotel that hasn't been revamped since the 90s probably. Review 27：The room was not dirty, but entering there was a very bad smell. We had to open the windows and the air conditioning to make it better in quite a long while... Quite a long check in, but a very quick check out.

Review 38：Hotel decor needs some updating. The shuttle bus only runs every hour which is not frequent enough - should be every 30 minutes. The quality of food is average. You would stay here for convenient location to the airport, not for any other reason.

Review 44：This is definitely not a 5* hotel, the staff is rude, unpolite indeed. One of the lobby men came and told my wife (a 53kg girl) off for being sat on the armchair's arm talking on the phone. You cannot take your car to the garage, they require you to use the valet. One day I could hear the car's bottom crashing against the ramp when the valet was bringing me the car. The outskirts of the hotel are horrible, you'd rather have a car if you decide to stay there anyway. On top of everything, the price is just not fair for what they offer.

Review 55：The hotel is old and looks very tired. I was not expecting it was so bad, or I would not move from central Sao Paulo to the airport for the last night. Also, I had a colleague with me when I checked in who was going to take a flight 3 hours later and I have been told that he could only go up with me for 15 minutes. If he wanted to stay longer he would have to stay in the bar. Ridiculous, as he had a ticket for the shuttle to the airport in 1 hour's time so it was obviously that he was not going to sleep in my room. Worst reception staff I have ever met. Also took 20 minutes to check me in

Review 58：Friendly and accomodating staff, good breakfast, comfortable room and the airport transfer is quick and very regular. Location in Guarulhos is pretty good too, supermarket and little spots to have a drink and a snack nearby.

Review 59：Air port shutte was cancelled. Stuff told me, that this service is just goodwill, although written at their page as included. I ended up paying 20 $ for the taxi. Buffet was tepid for the price of 60 BRL. Hair dryer in my room did not work. Summing up I strongly do not recommend to choose this accomodation.

Review 60：the shuttle service from Guarulhos Airport is only every two hours so if you miss one, you have to wait two hours or pay a cab. They won't help you. The so-called "free" wi-fi in all rooms was not working in any of the rooms the whole day. When I made a complaint I was told I couldn't complain as it was a "free" service. the staff is VERY UNFRIENDLY. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere in Guarulhos and even if nothing works inside, there's nothing to do outside. The "fitness centre" is a joke. ONE fitness equipment. Two bikes and two belts. Nothing else. The sauna was down, the lockers were closed.

Review 61：The room is comfortable but after such a bad experience with everything else, hard to be able to enjoy even what is left to be enjoyed. I booked this hotel because of the facilities mentioned; NONE of them were working as promised. So I paid for nothing. I regret having made this option and I will surely never return there.

Scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon were overcooked and dry. - My husband and I had the buffet for dinner and food was ok, not great either. We had an employee taking our luggage to the room while we checked in and picking up our luggage from the room while we had breakfast. This made our check out and departure a breeze and stress free. We would definitely return. I had the best Pina Colada at the bar, a little too sweet for my liking but it was soooo delicious!

Review 66：Guarulhos is an industrial area, it is not nice, no tourist attractions nearby. Activities outside the hotel therefore are quite limited. Traffic is always heavy.

Airport shuttle goes frequently once per hour and is included in the hotel price. Good quality restaurant with acceptable prices. Complete hotel service, I never missed anything during my stays.
