Review 1：Perhaps ask guests on arrival if they would like Tea/Coffee making facility in the room. Pillows; double occupancy rooms should have as a standard four pillows of 50x70 size.

Review 5：Booked for one night, stayed for three! The Park Swiss was located on a gorgeous park - perfect for a stroll around each morning, staff were fantastic, particularly the breakfast staff and the food was excellent (one of the best breakfasts we have had during our time in Europe). 2 minute walk to the centre of the gorgeous old town! Luxembourg is the most underrated country in Europe. I look forward to visiting again!

Review 51：Staffs are not sincere, nor friendly except one or two young ladies. When I arrived late in the evening, very tired by long journey and rain, there were no one at the reception counter. I had to wait for more than 10 minutes until a young man coming back from outside of the hotel!!!. However, this man apologized nothing about the situation.... And the most surprising matter was that I could not use the WiFi for 3days long. I claimed for it, but the answer was always same that "It is out of our responsibility. It is provider's cause"., "It will be repaired soon". But never done during our stay!!! I missed some important business appointments by mails because I had to use remote control system from my personal computer which was never running well in this hotel. One of lady staffs even told me "You are not lucky"!!!! Incredible attitude!!!! In addition to all, my room was so shabby that a 4 star hotel cannot have.!!!!

Review 53：This is one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. The hotel staff is professional and courteous and the breakfast they serve at the Bloom is fabulous. The rooms are spotless clean and the hotel is maintained at a very high level. The location is just great - Winterthur old city is just on the other side of the street with shops, restaurants and the music festival. Highly recommended.
