Reviews for Berjaya Tioman Resort
Review 1:Food in the main restaurant was pricey and the quality of the food didn't meet our expectations.
Review 2:Nice swimming pool Great service to be picked up by the jetty Indian restaurant was nice (although very pricey) Nice location just by the beach
Review 3:The staff were very friendly but didn't really know anything about activities on tioman other than what was available at their resort. We were very disappointed with the dive centre who only offered diving at one location (swimming distance from the beach and could be snorkelled anyway) and then the staff were unable to help us find someone else to dive with. I would recommend "Tioman Dive Centre" - 15 min walk over the hill from the resort. Vicious sandflies so MUST use insect repellant.
Review 4:Biggest resort on Tioman so lots of facilities. Our room was very nice and good value for money. Seems to mainly cater for malaysian tourists. Reasonably close to town so can walk there if needed to eat elsewhere, do shopping etc. We tended to eat at the little local restaurants just outside the resort that were excellent value for money and delicious.
Review 5:The one bad thing would be the single cockroach we found in our room, but given that Tioman is a very humid tropical island with lots of wildlife, vegetation and bugs up in teh jungle on the mountains, I'm genuinely suprised we didn't see more creepy crawlies.
Review 6:After reading alot of negative reviews we were relieved that the hotel wsn't reflected in the negative reviews. The staff were fantastic, helpful and curtious, the chalets had a nice rustic feel, the beach was great and the facilities are brilliant - there is a bar in the swimming pool, marvelous!
Review 7:Suggest don't take ferry from mersing but take from tg gemok.Mersing ferry don't go to tioman on low tide.I have to take the ferry from tioman at 0530am during our last day which means we missed our breakfast and have to get up very early with our young children. Don't take the package which including free snorkeling trip to renggis island because that island was too near to the land and the current was very strong which kept drifting you away.
Review 8:breakfast,dinner at hotel was good. Snorkeling trip to nearby Island was awesome. Staff at the activities counter was very friendly and helpful.
Review 9:-Hazy (nothing the hotel can do about that though) -Has the potential to be crowded because it 's designed to serve the masses, though luckily it wasn't busy at all during our stay:) -In hindsight, the waters are clearer and the beaches are whiter at for instance the Perhentians. But they are more crowded and less well looked after. So a lot of pros and cons to consider. If you can, put the location through the test, it's well worth it!
Review 10:-Location; fine and spaceous cabin -Beach bar -Snorkling at Renggis Island! -Live music during dinner and later at the beach bar -Indian cuisine next to the buffet (main dinner hall) entrance -Swimming pool; all beds there and at the beach were equipped with comfortable cushions
Review 11:The fleas in the Internet room. Never saw the sun with the smoke from Indonesia....nothing can be done by Berjaya, just wish I had known so I could have booked earlier in the summer.
Review 12:Great pool, good access to a wonderful dive spot at Rengiss Is. Great massage at the spa. Amazing breakfast.
Review 13:I didn't get the meal and accomodation package rate, and couldn't find it too, so ended up paying more than others.
Review 14:A nice get away from the city. Location is isolated but that's what a resort is all about. The afternoon cookie is a nice surprise.
Review 15:Expensive rooms and food. Not much to do except enjoying the beach and the pool. Far from everything else.
Review 16:Next to the beach. Nice pool. Great location if you like diving or snorkeling.
Review 17:The Internet needs sorting out!! With today's tech it should be possible. Look at line of sight with TP Link and stage between islands.
Review 18:Great Location and all working!
Review 19:Very bad check-in experience Food options are limited and no option for 24 hour food service
Review 20:Nice resort with options for multiple activities. Rooms are decent for the price
Review 21:Poor wifi connection at the restaurant and hotel lobby especially when it gets crowded
Review 22:The pool area is a great place to hang out . Many activities can be organized by the hotel.
Review 23:On our last night, we had the bbq buffet dinner at the resort's restaurant. Unfortunately, my son and husband had bad stomach upset after that. Also, the spa charges are pretty exorbitant and made us change our minds to go for spa treatments. During check-in, the reception could have briefed us on what the resort has to offer or perhaps direct us to recreation counter to get more information.
Review 24:Overall, it was a pleasant stay in terms of offering a place to sleep after the outdoor activities. My sons loved the pool, though nothing has changed much since our last stay in 2013.
Review 25:1. The diving included in hotel package is only at very near place, and only 1 hour, which is different with package content. Diving in Reggins island etc. 2. no wifi in room, only in lobby and restaurant.
Review 26:Couple minor things to consider are the small ants that are found everywhere and a slightly leaky aircon.
Review 27:Deluxe chalette is located right at the beach with a view to kill for. The room is spacious and clean, the bed huge and comfortable. Breakfast is great with a huge selection of asian and western foods. Hotel grounds are well kept, snorkelling is great right off the beach and you might even get a chance to see great monitor lizards or groups of monkeys between the chalets.
Review 28:Very slow internet connection No internet in the rooms
Review 29:Excellent location Equipments Activities proposed by the hotel Free transfer from the ferry terminal
Review 30:The dive master of the DiveCenter is very unfrienldy! We refused todive there and took another diving Company outside the Resort (whichwas a shame that we had to do it as is is unconvieniend). But there areother (cheaper) dive companies nearby, so no Problem at all! We werenot the only divers forced out of the Resorts DiveCenter due to thegrumpy staff!
Review 31:Nice Resort with friendly staff, Golf Course and DiveCenter! FreindlyStaff, good Food!
Review 32:The staff is not helpful at all especially at the reception. I think they should improve their skills working in a resort like that.
Review 33:The location is simply beautiful and the resort is very nice, the beach is amazing and also the rooms.
Review 34:Not much variety for breakfast Shuttle from lobby to room only drop us off by the roadside instead of in front of room Need to walk all the way to the resort's main entrance to get transport to town/jetty area
Review 35:Received complimentary cake from the resort for our anniversary Tours/activity counter readily available at the lobby Friendly staff
Review 36:sandflies - you cannot lie at the beach!!, bad wifi connection, restaurant is very expensive, laundry VERY expensive
Review 37:Great staff, great breakfast, great bed, warm water, clean swimming-pool
Review 38:1) Extremely rude services, we called (two days before arrival) to find out the boat schedule, no one answers the phone and when it is answered, they just hung up, after arrived at the resort, we have first hand experiences with the front-desk, pool side, and diving center staff, lets just say you wish you never booked this resort, it will ruin your holiday. 2) We travels with large luggage (diving gears) be aware that this resort has no bellstaff to help you on your luggage after you check-in. 3) The diving center is run by unprofessional dive master, I called them two days before arrival to arranged my diving schedule, they ask me to come early morning on second day of stay for a check dive (which is payable), when I arrived punctually in the dive center, they told me it will just be a check dive follow by a short dive not far from the dive center, I can't join the rest of the diver because they are leaving soon, very nice "scheduling" skill, I wasted two days of my stay for one lousy dive.
Review 39:Nothing
Review 40:The walls were a little thin between the chalets 426 & 428. At night you could hear our nieghbour's conversation. Not so bad. But when the kids started talking........ not easily fixed though.......
Review 41:Everyone of the staff was very accommodating. There was nothing that couldn't be arranged or provided. Loved the Jungle Trek. And the snorkling was brilliant
Review 42:Wifi very bad only in the lobby and very slow. Very bad english. Lunch/dinner level very low.
Review 43:Beautiful resort, book the new chalet because are more beautiful and confortable. Great breakfast
Review 44:Wi-fi accessible only from the lobby area and not always working fine. Room and especially bathroom need a good renovation. Unfortunately not all the restaurants were opened when we visited - shame
Review 45:Nice location on a long sandy beach. Nice golf course. Good food served by the main inhouse restaurant (Sri Nelayan). Pretty beach bar (even if it should serve some snacks too, not only drinks)
Review 46:Extremely expensive for local standards. Much nicer places downtown. Food 3 or 4 times what it costs outside. Far from centre of town (it looks a short walk but its up and downhill so you end up locked in the resort for the whole time). No Wifi whatsover, nowhere, not even in the lobby and restaurant where they say there should be. Most of the personnel does not speak any English (they just repeat a few sentences typical of their job) and are not very helpful. Shuttle to town is just at the times of the ferry, which is not very helpful. Pool has very few places to sit.
Review 47:Nothing really, it was a bad choice. Just that it is a very big place so it's easy to find rooms available.
Review 48:The laziness of the staff and poor quality of services. Fod was merely acceptable and expensive compared to local prices. Cleaning of rooms very poor (we found two paparoaches in the bathroom during our 4 days stay)
Review 49:The beach and the sea
Review 50:You need to book the highest standard to have a reasonable room (Standard rooms are outdated/ primitive) Breakfast is extensive but Asia focused
Review 51:Great beach location Good excursion options (with nice personnel)
Review 52:Rooms very old and need renovation. Too few beds around the pool so the dreaded "saved by a towel" game is played. Needs more beds and shade on the beach. Food very average in main buffet restaurant. Ferry transport is so hit and miss with times that you can lose out on entire days of your holiday if the ferry times are early morning or late afternoon.
Review 53:Rooms big and beds very comfortable. Staff very friendly.
Review 54:No one helped us with luggage and to look for the chalet. Not enough signages to find the chalets. The map given by receptionist is blur.
Review 55:The staff is very friendly. The place is so nice and serene.
Review 56:1) The ferry leaves at 6.30am but we only can check in at 2pm and breakfast is served at 7am while we should leave there before 6am otherwise no ferry back to Mersing. 2) Free drink and breakfast was poor. 3) Facilities are all pretty old. The room doesnt look like pictures on the internet. Not value for money
Review 57:Nice location, free bus service
Review 58:The resort is huge and thus doesn't have much character. It sometimes feels a bit like a holiday camp, with rather awkward entertainment. Sometimes the staff doesn't seem very coordinated - unaware of what's going on beyond their specific tasks. But other staff members were very friendly and helpful.
Review 59:Rooms (we had a standard chalet) very comfortable, tasteful, cosy, good aircon, comfy bed, and generally very pleasant. The beach is clean and absolutely beautiful, and there sun beds under cover, which is essential in the tropical sun. The beach faces west, so expect great sunsets!
Review 60:Was a bit overpriced and the staff was a sometimes slow or did not notice.
Review 61:Nice island, pretty good resort since the rest of the island isn't that developed yet.
Review 62:Preferably the hotel should provide a small container for toilet for the purpose of istinja'( especially for muslims).location is a bit far from jetty.
Review 63:Service is awesome.great & polite staffs.we find the tranquility that we need. Delicious and finger licking food.
Review 64:Wifi at restaurant and pool side is not working, not talking free wifi at room. Food is not good. limited sea food. No hair dryer at room. Toilet is not working properly for flushing.
Review 65:Good beach, nice sea view.Space room.
Review 66:Everything. We had the deluxe chalet facing the beach. It was literally 20 steps to the beach. The room was big and very clean. Staff was courteous, prompt and very friendly and smiley. They even recognised us after the 1st day and keep greeting us every our path crossed. Helped with baggage without being asked. The entire property was immaculately well kept. Kudos to the management. I wished we had stayed longer. I will be back...Thank you so much Berjaya!
Review 67:Checked in to a room with a malfunctioning door lock, took more than an hour to fix it, affecting my activities schedule. There are ants on the bed as well. The private beach is not well kept and maintained.
Review 68:There was one particular ferry shuttle driver who was quite rude. When asked about the free shuttle service between tekek and the resort he insisted that there wasn't such a thing and that we should take a taxi if we wanted transportation. FYI we took that shuttle service out (though not by him) and there were a few services that went past us when we were walking back. Also, while there are quite a few facilities in the resort, almost none of them are included in the resort stay package unless otherwise stated with the exception of a rather lacking gym and the pool. You'll have to pay separately for everything else and they don't come cheap.
Review 69:Location was beside a nice private beach with renggis island not far off, they have a private jetty so if you're taking speedboat in its pretty convenient, but the ferry jetty is pretty far out and walking between there and the resort can be quite troublesome. The staff were generally friendly but sometimes slow with service.
Review 70:No shuttle to town centre (although there was one for check in/check out), very old room (80s decor, needs refurb), poor and slow service, pool bar not in use, lack of towels at pool
Review 71:Excellent location for snorkelling and boat trips, good breakfast selection, nice hotel gardens/grounds, nice swimming pools
Review 72:Everything else. Staff were rude. No wifi. Rooms were terrible. I spent my first 5 hours being the room inspector. Opened like 6 rooms and the room I was first given was the best. Even though it was the best, it was insect infested, furniture were filthy, and air con was raining.
Review 73:Location by the beach. Very near renggis.
Review 74:Wifi didn't work well. In the hotel there is only an expensive giftshop where you can buy water and the price is three times more expensive than in the retaurants outside of the resort. They should pay more attention to collect the garbage on the beach.
Review 75:We spent there such great days. The beach, the park and the athmosphere of the resort are just amazing. We also liked our chalet very much. Breakfast was also great. Great place for snorkelling.
Review 76:I was not given a beach facing room as promised over phone... Just for that, I had upgraded my room from chalet to a delux.. After reaching there they said all beach facing are taken n had to take garden facing or nothing facing room... Was disappointed
Review 77:The location
Review 78:Very, very bad wifi ! Unfriendly and very slow staff - when we arrived home, they charged our accomodation for the second time ! It was expensive. They had big mess in their payments. We had a lot of problems - no money to pay rent for my flat !!Never come back !!
Review 79:The Tioman Island
Review 80:Run down facility. No internet access in Rooms Poor Transportation availability. Had to check out at 4.30 AM in the morning.
Review 81:The island is incredible. However, a better resort or hotel would make the experience more memorable.
Review 82:Room was filthy dirty and staff were rude when told about the dirty room , second room was not much better , facility's are old and worn , this is not a luxury 4 star resort !
Review 83:The restaurant was good
Review 84:If you need WiFi then you have to walk over to the restaurant or reception. I needed it to check for confirmation of other travel arrangements and family. Sometimes signal was week due to the large number of guests trying to get on it. The trade off for quiet and peace is that you will have to get a taxi to the jetty area for basic shopping or you can get them at hotel prices.
Review 85:The deluxe chalet is large with fan and air conditioning. A good varied breakfast with Asian and European breakfast. The activities desk offers many activities and all taken care of. Staff are very accommodating. Very good for complete relaxation holiday. Cab fare from the hotel is cheap MR15 single trip.
Review 86:Wifi extremely slow.
Review 87:Everything was made to have an excellent stay, very clean, beautiful surrounding, nice swimming pool near the beach. Will definitely go again.
Review 88:Staff were very unhelpful and unfriendly. Service at the main restaurant was very poor. We had to order self service.
Review 89:The enviroment by the poolside was good
Review 90:No or very poor wifi fii!!!! And could also be nice with a lounge area at night! After dinner you just went to bed!
Review 91:I liked the resort and beach and staff
Review 92:Wifi connections often very weak and slow. Snorkelling equipment charges, outside of a snorkelling trip, were quite expensive.
Review 93:Deluxe chalet rooms were spacious and comfortable. Food available was great - breakfast buffet was generous and varied. Staff were very polite and helpful. Very good massage from Ayuna Spa.
Review 94:Hotels Restaurant menu is limited. If we are staying more than 2 days the same menu is monotonous. Strange space planning as sea front villas don't actually have a sea view.
Review 95:location on the beach is brilliant! Beach is very clean and picturesque. Nice corals just couple hundreds metres away from the beach.
Review 96:Minor complaint with food handling at the breakfast buffet. Saw staff transfer croissants by hand. Proper food handing tools should be used.
Review 97:The snorkeling at Pulau Renggis just 2 minutes by boat off the Berjaya hotel beach is excellent. This is a must do activity in Tioman. The variety and abundance of colourful fish one can see around the island is simply unforgettable. I love the cool clean waters, the sea breeze and the peaceful laid back surroundings. Perfect place to unwind. Love the sea facing deluxe chalet with view of the lovely hues of the turquoise blue sea.
Review 98:Transfer from jetty to hotel is poor. Rundown area to wait. No indication of how frequent the shuttle is. Poor signage. Shuttle driver not too helpful. Hotel lobby understaffed. Told to wait for transport to rooms but no idea how long it takes. At busy times they need more staff. Need to pay for extra towels. Breakfast buffet very limited.
Review 99:Good location. Not the best beach in Tioman but it was clean.
Review 100:The food was ok but nothing really special, quiet expensive.
Review 101:Lovely bungalow, clean and air-conditioning. Proximity with Tekek, and the sea. Nice swimming pool. Possibility to book trip for snorkeling at different places.
Review 102:The place is run down. Swimming pool is small. Only lobby area and tv room has wifi but these places is always overcrowded and not enough seats
Review 103:Resort settings and very relaxing
Review 104:If there is one negative point it is the wifi, which is only available at the lobby and the restaurant. However, this unavailability will perhaps make your stay better, as talking to your friends/family/significant other will be certainly more appreciated than texting people hundreds of km away :)
Review 105:The overall stay was very comfortable. I had the chance to be assigned a bungalow located directly on the beach, which was of course a big plus. The room is spacious, although not very large. The staff is very friendly and was very helpful throughout my stay there. Plenty of choice of the food, and if not satisfying you can also walk out of the hotel and find 2 restaurants outside, or alternatively take a taxi to Tekek.
Review 106:Requested for three rooms with double beds, only one came with double bed. The other two were single bed configuration. Room was superior chalet, but the flooring was tiled instead of hardwood/parquet as advertised on booking.com. The aircon leaked and the maintenance fixed it. But it leaked again the next day. There was no towels in the bathroom and had to call reception at least three times before they were finally delivered. Overall the room was in a sad state. Food at restaurant was not fantastic. Service was slow and bad. Had a case of food poisoning on the last day, resulting in a bad case of diarrhea and vomiting throughout the night. The ferry ride back to Mersing the next day was torturous as a result of my condition.
Review 107:The beach in front of the resort.
Review 108:All the buldings and, in particular the suites, are very old, as well as the furnitures inside. Only a thin fake door splits the neighbour suite, which means the noise is quite annoying. AC didn't work, but the celing fan was enough. All the place should be renewaled as soon as possible.
Review 109:Amazing place, very nice location. I strongly suggest to try the breakfast, but the lunch and dinner are expensive. Nice staff, very easy to reach the place from the arrival.
Review 110:Bugs and mosquitos in the room are commandos, insect repellent are useless on them. the room cleaning time is irregular, sometimes 1100hrs sometimes as late as 1330hrs.
Review 111:the staffs are helpful, breakfast is great. the 3 performinh singers during dinner time was wonderful, their live is much better than many popular singers.
Review 112:1- Noise from using motorcycles, I think need to be replaced with electric golf carts. 2- the beach is very dirty you can Imagine we found a dead dog on the beach. 3-There is no Internet in the rooms, and in very bad in lobby. 4-Access to the hotel is very difficult, one ferry and they have strange rules on the dates and booking 5-Furniture not very new .
Review 113:i booked Superior Chalet 1-Away from the city. 2- the beauty of nature 3- the food 4- the band at the restaurant 5- staff cooperation
Review 114:No Wi-Fi in room, only in reception lobby. Charged us additional for breakfast even when we booked for the room w/ breakfast. Not very happy with that.
Review 115:Location is good, room is clean and comfortable.
Review 116:the food is good but somehow we got sick of it. the journey from jb to mersing then tioman are exhausting, I totally felt like jetlagged.
Review 117:I like how occupy we are just with the beach which is right in front of our room and the big pool. the kids loved it.
Review 118:Rooms are a little old. Needs to be refurbished. Check in took 25 minutes.
Review 119:Beautiful beach with clear water. My beach villa was very near beach and swimming pool.
Review 120:The staff was rude while check in, we had to go find our room our self in a very big place, there was no WiFi except in the lobby and the restaurant, the room wasn't that clean and sand was every where, finally for the price you should be getting much better services
Review 121:The place is very nice the island is wonderful the room location just at the beach and the pool
Review 122:Some of the waiters could do with a little more training. They take plates away when u have only just finished eating and we were still picking a bit. Also when I asked for cutlery, one tried to give me dirty stuff that he just wiped a bit. Not really 4 star watering. Some of them were really good though, so only minor gripe.
Review 123:The room was excellent, stayed in deluxe, can't understand why some people say it needs an upgrade. It's beautiful and in keeping with being by the beach. Do u really want everything to be super modern and 21st century?? Staff were helpful and responsive. I had an accident with my bed sheets due to some medicine I was taking and they changed them for me no fuss. Delivered cookies to us every day which was very sweet, I'm a real sucker for the small touches. Great buffet breakfast and nice beach. Full of families but what can u do, it was school holidays. Would recommend for sure.
Review 124:This resort is HUGE and to walk from my room to entrance gate to get our rented motorbikes took 5mins. No parking inside hotel. However you can rent bicycles to cycle around hotel grounds but no cycling outside hotel, thus the rented motorbike. Tekek town & their duty free shops is a joke...not much selection...just a few brands of beers.
Review 125:I was there 3d2n. Rm360/nite incl foc bfast. Buffet bfast good variety. They do change the menu. Buffet dinner rm70nett was alright too. Fantastic & v well designed pool overlooking beach. My kid loved it...esp the slides & jacuzzi. Beach was clean but lots of dead corals & seaweed. No sandflies (9june). Wifi only avail at hotel lobby & sri nelayan restaurant by the pool. Room & bathroom was clean & comfy. A/cond cool. The provide electrical mozzie repellent in room. My room 513 was 3rd row from the beach & near lobby, pool & dining area. Staff were friendly & efficient & speaks basic English. There's a spa but unfortunately no time to try. The Games Room was good.
Review 126:The room was nice but some things start to wear off and need to be retouched/renewed...
Review 127:Very pleasant place. The room was cosy. There are 2 restaurants just outside the main entrance where you can eat. You need to climb a bit but it is possible to walk to jetty. Nice pool. Clean beach. Free shuttle from the jetty. Baby cot available.
Review 128:No wifi in the rooms, slow wifi in the lobby, our room bathroom was run down and a bit smelly.
Review 129:Location, facilities, great food, good viraity with kids menu and not overly expensive...
Review 130:The cooks serving at the eggs counter ruin the mood during breakfast. I only use this credit card of mine when I reach the hotel, and unfortunately the next morning I was informed by my bank that the card was compromised and I needed to cancel the card. Could it be from the hotel that the card was compromise? Highly possible....: Thiugh not concrete. This card of mine is hardly used and was not used for a long period of time until I reach the hotel. That was not comfortable.
Review 131:I wished I could recall her name now....unfortunately, I forgot, my apologies to her. The staff at the activities counter, she was friendly and very helpful. Paying attention to customer's detail.
Review 132:Most hotels go out of their way to help you get to them or makearrangements, this hotel when we emailed them about how to get there byferries and times etc. simply gave a phone number to call, noinformation nothing. If we had not really wanted to go for the diving wewould have gone somewhere else just from the lack of customer service. The wifi is pathetic, only available in the lobby and the main diningarea and even then it barely holds a signal long enough to download anemail. Many times there was no internet at all. And the fact that its onan island is not an excuse because the fabulous Chinese restaurant thatis just outside the gates to this hotel (and to the left of the road)had excellent free wifi so we ate there most days - good food and freewifi. The last morning we were there there was a large corporate groupthere that decided to do a morning 'dance' session on the beachto the macarena and gangum style with loud box speakers right outsidethe rooms at 7am. When the staff was informed they said that it was notcleared by management but yet they did not stop it. For the most partthe dining staff and lobby/gift shop staff were quite unfriendly.
Review 133:The beach was great, and the dive shop is fabulous, very friendlyvery safe highly recommend diving there. The food was good with anice variety.
Review 134:The staff were miserable, unfriendly , rude and would really do not know anything, the most common answers to any question were, know, I don't know, we can't help oh and NO NO NO! This was consistent over out 5days! So not just a one off. The staff near the pool and gym used it as a playground. Definitely not a 5star. expect a nice place with the worst service.
Review 135:Location (on the beach) Breakfast was very good
Review 136:Regular shuttle into Tekek would be good. Music at beach bar was loud and continued until midnight.
Review 137:Friendly staff. Snorkelling. Our chalet was on the beach!
Review 138:the restaurant food they told me it was not very good so I didnt try it. I went outside the hotel just in the door on the right. Very nice food but check twice if it is fresh.
Review 139:the breakfast was very complete, i loved it. When I got there I wanted to do the Padi Open Water and I had no school and the resort had one and the price was even better than the places I was offered outside by some friends. The staff was amazingly nice and I felt like home. I completely recommend it.
Review 140:The breakfast food quality could be further improve. Not so much of night activity as compare with other resort (exp Selayang beach resort) In front of our chalet near the beache should have barbeque pit for guest to have barbeque at night. The lighting around the chalet is a bit too dark. You should make in more brighter at night.
Review 141:The room which I stay is really value for money. I love this place so much as It is so well maintain, clean & safe.
Review 142:Front desk male staff service was unknowledgeable.
Review 143:Overall services prices were okay. Enjoyed the breakfast spread.Tried the dinner(Seafood diiner buffet) at Sri Nelayan restaurant. Paid RM 80 per pax. Quite expensive but worth the food we had. The best was the pool with beautiful sea view
Review 144:As because this is a private resort the motorcycle rent from outside can't get in. when request a taxi from hotel staff to go out take a very long times and not get back at all. The shuttle bus only send check-in or check-out guest. If walk to jetty take a very long way.Transport is a problem.
Review 145:When check-in the staff have recommend the only add-on few money you will get a nearest sea room and swimming pool and restaurant. So I no need walk so far to get for breakfast. After that will have a van send me to the room. The room really near the beach and nice.I love the view to the sea,and the room have all the facilities I need so.
Review 146:1)wifi only in lobby 2)my accommodation should be 220RM (booking.com price) per night with breakfaskt, but i must paid breakfast for two, when was alone. 3) very old huts, need reconstruction, mainly bathroom
