Review 1：Do not book tours from the hotel. We managed to miss the tour we wanted the most as the staff Saulo lied to us about no spaces left, they ran out of their allowed quota so were more interested in booking us in other tours. By not being able to book what we wanted he then went and changed dates and times without our consent. No apologies or a discount given and we missed out on the abyss abseiling. Go to a travel agency

Review 3：Oh my gosh. I already talked to the preveous page. Nothing was good except one awesome staff.

Review 4：Only one staff was kind and others didn't care of guests but unkind. Wifi was so weak so that I had to use wifi infront of office and it was too tired. Narrow space of the room for three people and the water of shower wasn't good.

Review 5：We were in a bargain room, so it probably wasn't as nice as other rooms. We didn't care, because we were paying a lot less.

Review 10：Staff is friendly but do not speak even one word of English nor any other foreign language. Doors of the rooms can be closed but have tiny openings for light and air. That's rather weird when their no curtains. Not only is it pretty bright early morning but if you really try you can peak inside a room from the outside. We hang our beach towel in front. Cars and motors park right in front of the rooms so you can be surprised with a Harley davidson in your bed:)

Review 11：Clean rooms. Good bed and bathroom. Everything working. Breakfast is delicious. Bread, cakes, fruits and coffee/juice. Location is in downtown centre just one street away from the main road. Staff try their best.
