Review 1：Unfortunately not a place to feel like home. Bad maintanance of interior, smelly water drains. The seaview room on the upper floor was okay, but the seaview room on the ground floor was very smelly.

Review 2：Food and service is fair, friendly and very helpful receptionists! Breakfast buffet with lots of choices.

Review 3：The beach suffered from a recent storm and needed significant cleaning which was done by about Day 3. The road going in was best walked given the massive potholes.

Review 13：The rooms are not soundproof. The walls are insulated, but the doors are very thin. You can hear everything in the hall. A mosquito net is 100% required. I turned the air conditioning to full blast, and still spent most of the night waking up to kill mosquitos. I literally (not figuratively) must have killed over 100 mosquitos during the night alone. This is ridiculous. The rooms are not as nice as the pictures. They are still nice, but a little worn. Breakfast is ok. Not great, but fine.

Review 14：It is a great location right in front of the beach. Its also close to the city center (but almost everything is). The staff was generally nice as well.

Review 15：We aren't that focused on the quality of breakfast at the places we stay at, but they could def upgrade the breakfast with more options of eggs, bread and cold cuts.

Review 16：We stayed 10 days in a delux suite with sea view. There is a jacuzzi and a double shower in the open bathroom (seperate toilet). The room was very nice with a lot of space, good functioning air con and a very nice balcony with sun beds which we used every afternoon. We also think that the value for money was very good. The hotel is perfect during the day with only 50 meters to Praia Concha, and 10-15 minutes walk to the other beautiful beaches near town. There are many restaurants on the beach for drinks and lunch during the day, and a 5-10 minute walk to the restaurant and bar street for dinner and drinks. The staff was very friendly, and even though they didn't speak english-they offered the option of calling an english speaking staff if we needed it. All in all we think that the hotel is the perfect place to stay in Itacaré, and wouldn't stay any other place if we return!! (P.S. Pay the extra money for the deluxe room, we didn't see the other rooms, but the deluxe rooms are very, very nice!!)
