Review 1：The location was isolated and the breakfast was poor in quality and quantity and a little organization would improve it.

Review 2：The chattel service from and to the airport was good. The reception's was welcoming and helpful.

Review 3：Hard to find.Sign was at west end of parking lot for La Biftheque restaurant.Hard to get in Their parking lot was fenced off for their park n' fly clients at the Cote de Liesse entrance.We found our parking after speaking to the receptionist inside.

Review 14：I was stuck overnight in Montreal going through the airport, and it was convenient (with the shuttle bus [you need to call them apparently, and book it on the way back]) and a reasonable price. And the room was fine by my standards.

Review 15：Billed me twice for my stay. Phoned them,the where to busy to talk to me try again tomorrow i was told. Its only a long distance call for me. Lousy costumer service. Never again.

Review 16：One of the staff was unfriendly. What pained us most was the way they denied us common hot water from the kitchenette which we needed for tea. The kitchenette was actually locked throughout our stay. Didn't think that was nice at all. Not so clean balcony, breakfast is the same everyday.

Review 18：The room was too hot (with no means of shutting of the heat). Also, there was a lot of noise from the room above. I should have complained, but it was late at night, and I knew I would never stay at this place again, so I didn't.

Review 37：Honestly nothing. The place was so dirty. I had dirty towels and linen in the room as well the mattress was full of nastiness and dead bugs. I had to buy cleaning products to disinfect the place. Also the locks on the door didn't work properly.

We slept 2 hours! No insulation!You hear all of your neighbors. Doors need to be slammed so they close.Dior slamming theoughout the night. Sheets too small; matress exposedthroughout. Personnel not courteous at all.

Review 42：The hotel was very old and dated, needs lot of updates. The room was very hot and when I tried to turn the air on, it sounds like a train and no air coming out. Breakfast was just muffins and croissant and cereals. Nothing to brag about , you pay for what you get!

Review 43：By far the most reasonable price I could find for an overnight hotel stay close to Montreal Airport. Pickup at airport within five minutes of calling hotel. Receptionist friendly. Room large and comfortable. Many reviewers complained about wear and tear - hotel furnishings dated etc. True but definitely value for money!!

Review 70：The address listed on the web page is not where the hotel actually is. Its entrance is on Rue Griffith, not Cote de Liesse. One can reach it through the huge parking lot on Cote de Liesse, but you've got to know what you're doing. I suffered really massive inconvenience because of this inexcusable screw up. Also -- The continental breakfast is sad. I skipped out after the first day to go to the Tim Horton's down the road instead.

Review 71：Very old, rundown, bearly functioning place. I could not cancel my reservation ( booked online and arrived late) therefore I spend the night there otherwise I woud go elsewhere ! Very disappointed !!!!!

Review 76：Parking is terrible, very very dirty run down hotel. One day staff was nice and training a evening one that was nice. Scared to touch anything in the room it was so dirty. I needed to use the phone and it was so dirty you couldn't read the numbers on it!! Bathroom floor was filthy, carpet in bedroom old and so dirty with objects on it so we knew it had not been vacuumed. No heat, asked if we could have a cleaner room and the clerk said they were full. So asked the day clerk the next day and they had several empty rooms!!! Too bad because this could be such a nice hotel even if it was just cleaned up some!!! No way would you want to take your shoes off and walk on the floors in the bathroom or bedroom that is how dirty it was.

Review 78：If the Econologde's outside appearance, parking, lobby entry, garden (with broken chairs) and worn out and a bit dusty and moldy carpet were spruced up a bit I would have remained there. But despite the maid's amazing cleaning, the room smelled not well aerated and dusty and a bit moldy. Being allergic I can tell I started sneezing there too; that's the only reason why I left. Loved the staff. Amazing people.

Review 79：The staff treated me like family in a very stressful time where I was being relocated without the compensation of my insurance company (Desjardins) who cover disinfection, decontamination and relocation while my walk-in closet with a large amount of visible toxic mold was demolished, my hardwood floors stripped reinstalled, rebuffed and varnished but not while the MOLD was still present. The entire staff knew my story and were so welcoming to me.

Review 80：If you're looking for chandeliers and gold-plated cutlery, this isn't for you, and whilst it's old, it's clean, close to the airport and has a shuttle service to the airport. Comfortable beds, and good place to rest up before you continue on your journey.

Review 81：Cleanliness was a real issue as the carpets in our room were stinky. The heating in the room wasn't working. Told the staff who said "sorry can't help". No attempt to offer extra blankets or fix the issue with heating. Harrowing for my mother, who struggled to get sleep.

Review 83：Hard to find. They give it an address on a main road but it is actually way in the back and originally fronted on the street behind. I had to park and ask in the restaurant they share the parking with. A seventies motel that has been closed in to look like a hotel but they haven't touched it since then. Carpets in the hallway dirty and need changing for example. The room was small but clean and comfortable.

Review 84：The price was right and it was close to where I was working. The hotel is somewhat drab but everyone on the staff I dealt with were smiley, friendly and helpful.

Review 85：The beds were uncomfortable, pillows were worse, the air unit was noisy and unable tom control (either on or off). When I asked for another room (which turned out to b only slightly better, but on the 1st floor) they moved me, which made me ask why they wanted me to schlep my luggage up a narrow staircase in the first place. I recommend you remove this as an option for your members, except in an emergency.
