Review 1：The television in the kitchen didn't seem to work, but I didn't mind.
Review 2：Friendly staff, good location, cheap compared to other accommodations. A nice view over Liverpool. The in-house laundry service was handy.

Review 9：The appartment was dirty when we arrived. No one came to clean or empty the kitchen bin. We had to ask for fresh towels.
Review 10：The reception staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful. Liked the on-site gym. Location very close to town with lots of buses. Bed and pillows not comfortable. Reception cleaned straight away the appartment once we made it known it wasnt being done.
Review 11：Everything was great, the location, the staff, the maintenance. Easy to find central location with close proximity to Liverpool coach station and 15mnt stroll to the city center and many other popular landmarks of the city. Bus stop in front of the property connects to Anfield stadium only 15 mnts away. Ample eateries and supermarkets / departments stores around the property.
Review 12：Location was a bit of a walk to the centre area a bit dodgy although was not unsafe.
Review 13：Spacious room and kitchen area. Not noisy and not bothered by staff or other guests.
Review 14：While I was out on first day the carpet was changed in my room without my knowledge . So I returned to have my suitcase and shoes on the desk and my bedsheets rolled up. The bit that was left exposed was dusty and the floor had bits of carpet fibres all over it. They staff were very helpful and apologetic but sadly no sheets were available until the next day. Which wasn't ideal for me. Also the sheets aren't very comfy, but are brand new.
