Review 1：I asked to be transported from the airport to the hotel and after waiting for and hour and a half decided to take a taxi. No one let us know they will not pick us up at the airport.

Review 13：The bad experience with this hotel started at Guarulhos airport. The hourly shuttle service didn't show up. After waiting one and a half hour we decide to take a cab to the hotel, which costed us R$ 50. At the reception staff was friendly, but not helpful. During the night we were awaken twice by the emergency lights turning on due to blackouts. After traveling 13 hours, we didn't manage to rest as we wished.

Review 16：Close to guarulhos airport, in the center of the City of Guarulhos,which is located 15 minutes from the airport, not so close, but for acity like São Paulo, nice to stay quite near to the airport. There areregular buses lines that take you to the Armenia Station of the metro -(subway). The buses stop in a small square in front of the Hotel. If youwant to go to the center of São Paulo it is easy and quite safe to gowith the bus. It´s the second time I stay there, and this possibilitymade me decide to stay there again. There are free shuttles to theairport, but almost one for hour...

Review 35：I arrived at the hotel in a Saturday around 13:00 local time and the person at the lobby it wasn't pleasure at all doing the paperwork in a rush not much explanation didn't even welcome us to the hotel at all. The courtesy in this place don't exist. The gentleman that was in the lobby has lack of education and is not capable of performance a position like that,to welcome guest in this hotel. I will definitely go back to this place because the hotel in general is very good .

Review 39：Although we booked this accommodation because it had a pool, it was very small and looked unclean, so we did not use it,. It was also located in an air-conditioned area, where it was quite hot and steamy. The spa, sauna and hot-room were not operational. Staff had little command of English and changed an invoice for the restaurant after I had signed it. The staff also had little understanding of the area, and could not direct us to any local shopping (which we later found ourselves, unfortunately on closing time). The shuttle bus to the airport is only hourly (on the hour from the hotel, and on the half-hour from the airport).

Because the shuttle runs only once an hour, it would be good that the site advertises that pick up at the airport is at half hour, so that travelers know how to time their exit to the curb, and avoid a 55 minute wait. Also, because the shuttle leaves the airport on the hour, it would be nice if breakfast was served at 5:30, instead of at 5.45 am, so that travelers leaving at 6:00 am have a chance of a restful breakfast.

Review 49：Excellent for a quick pass through Sao Paulo. Room was comfortable and clean and well noise-insulated, staff was helpful and nice. It is a half hour ride to the airport, but the shuttle is large and comfortable.

Review 78：Being a airport hotel and that the room price included breakfast, it would be great if guest had access to breakfast. We had an early flight (leaving hotel at 5am) and had to try and organize breakfast to come to the room prior to the shuttle leaving. It didn't quite work out. Considering you can get room service 24 hour, I would highly recommend the Hotel provide at least a small buffet somewhere for tea/coffee/juice and fruit for the early travellers

We have also to say Booking.com did not handle this issue well at all, and we are finally disappointed with this experience!

Review 97：VERY POOR reception service. From room called the reception 5 times, no answer. Then I have to go down at 11 PM, to let them know that I want to go to airport at 6 AM. Also saw the reception guy arguing with customers. Not a good sign. English is an international language now. So they need to train few words to every employee as a mandatory. Felt like the reception people are trying to be difficult with customers, even though I do nto have any problems other than that no one was available when I needed.

Review 99：If you do not want to have your credit card used by someone on authoritized transactions, you must need to stay away from this hotel. After landing on the South America continent, my credit card has only been used once and it was in this hotel. Few moments while I was on my onward flight to Peru, I had 3-4 with a total of $800Euro and later informed by the bank! The hotel infrastructure is old and the salary of the receptionist does not include the service to make you feel warm.

Review 101：Having stayed at several Slavieros, I expected same level of service, which was not the case. Apartment safe did not work; wake up call was forgotten; I was put at 25th floor which means had there been a power shortage I´d be lost; desk was confused. I had to take a 4 am bus to airport, no breakfast (which I´d paid for) available. I was told they used to ofer reduced version, but this was discontinued. Many people stay there because of early flights!

Review 110：there is jo transportation to the city which is not really the hotel's fault. But we had to take the airport shuttle back to the airport to get to the city which took a long time. Some staff at front desk are friendly, some don't know how to smile. It kind of seems like a very business like hotel. The walls are thin in the rooms and you can hear the doors closing and opening from other rooms all night. The shuttle bus drivers weren't the most friendliest either.

Review 111：The shuttle service arrived at airport on time and it wasn't crowded. We also took thee shuttle back to the airport on time. It only operates once an hour so you need to make sure you're at the right stop/terminal at the right time. Breakfast was excellent. A variety of choices and friendly staff.

We stayed here two times during our three weeks Brazil trip because the airport shuttle was very convenient. WiFi was free. rooms were very clean with perfect beds. Breakfast was the best of all hotels we stayed at in Brazil. Right next to the place there is a German restaurant with a very very nice beer collection and OK food.
