Review 1：Sheet of ice outside the door when we arrived, no wireless at all the last two days, and exceptionally hot room the first night before the maintenance crew fixed it the second day.

Review 3：Would have loved a breakfast included but the staff recommended an excellent little cafe which was outstanding and very close by!

Review 4：The staff were bilingual and very helpful. The pools were awesome.

Review 5：I didn't like the idea of making a deposit although it was in the form of signed credit card receipt. The reception was kind enough to give me a choice of waiting to check our room and gave me the signed receipt.

Review 6：Kitchen was not well stocked, no trash can, broom, dish soap, etc. wifi not available in the unit. And the beds were very uncomfortable.

Review 8：We got a room that was not waiting for a guest. The bed room had a leaking air cooler, the connection tubing was separated out and was all messy. The closet in the bedroom was like a garbage storing area. It was not at all worth the money for us, at least for us. The reception girl was not at all friendly. There was no ironbox in the room as well. A fan was there in the front room but only worked as a show piece.

Review 9：I think they got a good location and the top level management may be good. The current staff may be the one who is spoiling the beauty of the otherwise good facility. Or I don't know it was only for our room

Review 12：The old furniture was so bad we were afraid to sit on the chairs because they would break and the plumbing was very noisy..too expensive for what it was

Review 21：The price was too high for a room with no breakfast included. Too many stairs. Had to give the desk clerk a $500.00 security deposit in case we stole the furniture or damaged the room. Very ridiculous for an elderly couple (ages 75 and 69). The office was closed when we departed at six am so we couldn't even ask for our deposit back. Never again.

Review 22：The room was comfortable and clean. The property was in an area we have always liked to visit. There were only four cars in the parking lot so we had plenty of room to park. The front desk clerk spoke very good English which made it very easy to register and check in.

Review 24：I got a higher rate for booking early (still winter when I booked) so I got the winter price for July. I have concern about the housekeeping. Housekeepers came when we were resting, I told them to come back in an hour, I was told now or never, so I let them in (3 people) and they rushed through just pick up used towels, left some toiletries that I asked, did not clean the coffeemaker and did not replace the coffee and creamer, they all left in a hurry.

Review 25：The location is not so far from the Ste Anne Basilica where we go every 4 years to visit. The restaurant next door is handy and nice. The view of the mountain from the window is gorgeous.

Review 41：No 24hr reception... Almost had to sleep in our car since we arrived late at 11pm and we did not have phone connection to call late arrival number. Instruction was in French not English didn't know what to do until a resident stopped over to help us & provide hidden keys. Scary

In my sister's room next door, they had a heater that was completely non-functional. She had to move to another building. Wifi is free but unusable. Often no access and when you got on, it was too slow even to read email. please change WiFi. In 2014, this is a must for all clients!

Review 45：The staff was not friendly or accomodating. It seemed they were more interested in the rules than welcoming us. Upon check in i had to sign many forms about what i could and could not do.

Had to pay more than double to get a condo that we could at leastcook in which meant two of us had to sleep on a terribly uncomfortablepull out couch since there was only one real bed. Even relaxing, we hadto bring a chair in from the balcony so there were enough seats. Buteven the couch was old and hard. There was no log supplied for the fireplace. The extra person we had that said in their policy they wouldprovide extra bed for was lounge pillows that they said normally onlygive a child to sleep on. When we went back for sheets, it was a fewminutes after nine and the check in area was all locked and no one fromthe adjoining restaurant had a key to open it so we did without. Veryfew towels too. Seemed like bad layout an wasted space. Condo could havebeen a lot nicer. Was hoping there was a hot tub but nope. The staffwere nice but their English was a bit questionable. Just note youaren't booking anything like the pictures and don't expect newfurniture. Even local calls cost 75 cent charge each time so place was abit of a money grab.
