Review 1：Our flight arrived late and it was late in the night. The hotel was shut - we had to calla number to let us in. Though the call was answered it took the guy around half an hour to come and let us in - all the while staying out in cold! When the guy came - he was pretty unhappy to have woken him up (possibly) and kept saying that it wasn't his problem that the flight was late. We were to arrive at around 10:30 PM - the flight arrived 11 PM! I am not sure what else we could have done - as there was no way we could access the phones too! All in all - a horrid welcome to the hotel. In my room - the sockets were broken too - so I could not use them too to even charge my phone.
