Review 14：Very comfortable and pleasant stay. Very friendly owner who upgraded our room free of charge. Very clean well decorated room. Amazing beds. Located in a beautiful part of the city. Quiet but close to the centre (5 minute walk). Pub/restaurant just across the street.

Review 33：No changing towels every day, cleaning every third day, noisy in the morning, it was just ok stay. But location was excellent.
Review 34：you can not shorten your stay if there is no snow for example and you aimed primarely at skiing - the owner shows you the disappointment and force you to pay for the extra night (when you haven't been there)

Review 36：Good location - fine old building in delightful part of the city with nearby attractions and a tram stop three minutes away. Garden/play area for children (will be better, though, when the lawn has regrown).
Review 37：Very little and these are suggestions, not complaints. It was ratherconfusing that there was no reception on the ground floor when the frontdoor was open, so it took a couple of minutes to realise that we had toring the bell for the owner to come down. A notice by the door sayingthis would be helpful. Also a 'czech breakfast' is not the bestfood for hard exercise, and if I had known in advance that there weresome kitchen facilities I would have brought re-heatable energy foods.(But the breakfast was fine in itself). So it would be useful to mentionthis on the website. The hallway seemed rather damp (because for obviousreasons it is not heated and opens to the street) and did not have alight on when you open to door so this does not give the best impression(but of course it is just an access route and if we had waited to be letin instead of opening the door to look for a receptionist this wouldhave been different). Oh, and the coatstand was broken. But these arevery minor points.
Review 38：Attractive building. The location was a short walk from the citycentre (also close to the tramvaj). The owner was very friendly andallowed us to come back to the room after our ski race to change andshower so we did not finally check out until after 6pm. I have neverbeen anywhere before that would have allowed that - just amazing andso helpful for tired sportsmen! She did not mind that we wantedbreakfast at 6.15am! Also we could make ourselves tea and coffee inthe kitchen when we wanted.
