Review 1：Location was on a rough street, general upkeep of grounds and building was poor, no one at the front counter when we tried to check in, except a young girl babysitting the reception area. Room was utilitarian.

Review 3：Totally rundown and looked grotty. Staff (only ever saw one person) just acted like he didn't care. The lamps by the bed didn't work at all, in fact seemed to have been broken. Luckily the bed was spotlessly clean.

Review 4：There was a stale smell upon entering the hotel. The window in my room was broken and would not close completely. The lady at the front desk said she would get a heater to me, but it never showed under her watch. The road noise was disturbing.

Review 5：Getting into the 2nd floor parking was easy. The man at the front desk got me a heater on my second night.

Review 7：I liked that there was a restaurant in the hotel and that the hotel was close to the downtown area. I also liked the staff.

Review 8：This hotel (if you can call it that) was the most disappointing experience of our trip, for the room rate paid, absolutely unacceptable. The food in "Mamas" was overpriced and apparently out of a can. Room carpets and hallways were filthy. Traffic noise went on all night - no soundproofing of rooms. No a/c, room was stifling. DO NOT STAY HERE !!

Review 11：most affordabel rooms i have paid for in a long time. was cheaper than a motel which was a awesome surprise. rooms were so comfortable, we slept in for check out time. but no one came knocking on the door at 9am asking if we were checking out like a few other hotels

Review 12：It was impossible to cool the room to a reasonable temperature. Even though it was in the teens outside, the room was like a sauna. It was as if heat was radiating from the floor, the windows were so covered with condensation I could barely see out. I had to open the hall door to try to get some cross ventilation through the tiny opening windows. Needless to say there was no air conditioning. Even with two fans going I couldn't sleep.

Review 17：Staff were very helpful, the Wifi signal was strong and the drinks machines were stocked. The in-room coffee maker and fridge also came in handy.

Review 18：Good value, great location. It was within close range to many attractions and was still far enough away from the main tourist spots that it maintained a slow and relaxing place. The bar downstairs was great and the breakfast in the restaurant was also quite good.

Review 21：no AC, room was very warm. Ask for a room facing the back of the hotel, as the hotel is located directly on the Main Street and due the the fact there is no AC, the window was left open to cool the room, and there is a fair bit of road noise

Review 25：There was no booking at the hotel for me when I arrived. Fortunately the were sufficient vacancies to allow me to book in. Having travelled to Prince Rupert from Australia via London I was in no mood to dispute my booking.

Review 27：We thought the hotel was shabby and out dated. The bathroom was not very clean, had no fan. The hair blower didn't work and though we asked for another, nothing was done about it. There was no air conditioning, only a fan stuck in an open window.

Review 29：Parking was a bit odd and not well marked. Odd odor in the hallway that got stronger as you entered the room. I am sure it was from smoking (even though it is non smoking) & wet fishing clothes. Door did not bolt lock. Window had a fan that did not let the window close completely there was a gap between the window and the fan.

Review 30：We found the location very convenient. The staff was very nice and willing to answer our questions and meet our needs. They try hard to keep the hotel non-smoking. Bedding was clean. Would recommend to outdoors men.

Review 31：no a/c ...and no window screens but a great table fan. the wifi worked one night for a few hours as apparently they lost signals in this location....but safeway down the street had a better protected wifi and many people were using that in a sidewalk cafe......seemed to be part of the amazing coastal culture

Review 32：This hotel is one of the old original coastal hotels likely the best one at the time with lovely lovely hall carpeting. the renos maintained the old furniture and single headboards but included queen beds and the drawers had old inkwells. the bathroom was nicely and modestly done

Review 60：Parking for my dad, the motel had an elevator. Good food at their restaurant. Great view of the water front. Close to downtown.

Review 61：The front entrance was not handicap accessible which made it hard for me with me bad knees. The service and food at the restaurant was not at all good, we only wasted our money their once. The elevator isn't in the best condition, it got stuck a couple of times while we were there.
