Review 1：Nothing bad. We needed a hotel to sleep for 5 hours between flights, so it needed to be near the airport. For function, this hotel was perfect. We didn't get to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast because our flight out of Dorval was at 8:30 am. :(

Review 2：Complimentary airport shuttle to and from the airport was an excellent service. Desk clerk was prepared and excellent in his communications and welcoming behaviour.

Review 7：Everything was ok, except for the noise factor. They need to have clear rules on (very) late check-in, there was a large group of teens being very noisy outside our room around 11pm, coming in and out from each others' rooms, slamming doors, etc. They did not seem to care there were other guests trying to sleep. It would have helped if they had been asked to keep it down by the concierge? Other than that everything was Ok. We ate part of the breakfast as the room where it was being served was quite small and got crowded in no time as the hotel was full, so it got really uncomfortable at time. Staff was friendly and a lady kept apologizing for the lack of room.

Review 11：The stairway to the second floor had carpet with significant tears in it - a potential hazard for women in heels or the elderly. At the top of the stairs, the carpet is split and leaves a 4 inch gap between where it meets the hallway carpet - again a hazard when carrying items and you can't see it. The garbage container at the front entrance (outside) was overflowing with trash - not the kind of first impression you would want to make with a potential guest.

Review 13：Non-smoking room (all of the hotel is non-smoking) but our room definitely smelled of cigarettes. A thorough cleaning of the rugs, couch, drapery might solve this problem. Decor is a bit tired. Lack of an elevator to the second floor was a bit challenging ... thank goodness for a strong husband!

We missed the first shuttle. Caught a second shuttle, total time to get to hotel, over an hour. On arrival, we were not advised of shuttle departure times. I expected regular frequent departures as at other hotels. On departure, we were told we'd just missed a shuttle, next one would be 50 minutes later. We took a cab, hotel would not pay for this.

Review 81：shuttle service from airport is very defficient - slow service - not enough towels for the group - no elevators to bring bags to the 2nd floor rooms, this is of very poor consideration especially to older retired adults and families who travel with children and have heavy luggage, no velet service as well. Breakfeast room inadequate for number of travellers staying at the hotel. This is supposed to be a travellers hotel and as is close to the airport its services and facilities to travellers is very inadequate.

Only to find our it had a cork screw top, Front desk accommodated us with a cork screw and glass wine glasses. Bonus!!! When we went to leave the next day knowing the shuttle did not go to Via Rail station we asked front desk to call us a cab. The shuttle driver was standing there and offered to drive us to the train station . Another bonus . We really appreciate the extra steps taken to make our stay better .

They asked for food menu he explained but then when they didn't understand, the front desk man looked at us like "are they stupid" I was embarrassed for him, I went outside to laugh. Really bad welcome! Noisy hotel with strange people hanging about.
