Reviews for Hébergement Mont-Ste-Anne Condos

Review 1:only complaint I have is that my room was not ready at the time i requested.

Review 2:I really enjoyed the coziness of the condo, and the fact that there was a fireplace in it as well, the proximity to the hills was perfect, literally skied to the door! thank you for a great experience!

Review 3:website was misleading, not ski in/ ski out, hot tub broken and we were not informed, pool showers cold, WiFi intermittent at best

Review 4:spacious, and clean, parking convenient

Review 5:The bed was terrible. It was a tiny double bed with minimal sheets/covers. The bed was so small that my partner ended up sleeping on the sofa, without blankets cause there were no extra ones.

Review 6:The location was perfect for us.

Review 7:Very uncomfortable bed. One-bedroom apartment is very small. Sufficient for a couple, but becomes crowded if the sofa bed is used.

Review 8:Great location. Clean and cozy.

Review 9:I was charged $30 extra to what Booking.com had displayed. Also, my condo was not adjacent to Chateau Mont St-Anne as shown in Google Maps or Booking.com website. My condo was located 2km away and was quite inconvenient. Finally, it was impossible to receive calls outside of office hours and I could not make calls from my condo.

Review 10:The staff were friendly and helpful.

Review 11:A little far from the city but great location if you want to enjoy Mont Sainte-Anne and the canyon. The bed was very firm.

Review 12:Nicely decorated room with little extra such as fondue pot, bean bag chair and popcorn. The fireplace and indoor parking was also very nice.

Review 13:Parking spaces in underground are very small. Would be difficult to park a larger vehicle like an F150 truck.

Review 14:Beautiful views, very clean facility. Rooms were a bit outdated but still very nice. Wood burning fireplace was a nice touch!

Review 15:The village at the base of the mountain is non-existant in the summer. It would be nice to at least have a cafe to be able to get a coffee or snack. The staff at the hotel (other than one person),information counter and bike rental/sports shop are very unfriendly and unhelpful. It was surprising they work in a tourist area. We also did not appreciate that the pool is a distance from the main building. We were told that it is 1km however after walking the first day and finding it a long km we took our bikes to measure the actual distance which is actually 2.8km. The pool facilities are not overly impressive. The mountain trails were also closed the entire week we were there, it would have been nice to be informed of this as we were shocked when we went out for our first hike. We were aware the gondola would be closed but not all the trails also (a few bike trails were open). Considering we were staying at hotel at the base of the mountain, knowing there is not much else to do, it would have been nice for the hotel to inform us in advance of major closures.

Review 16:The location is very convenient for the mountain activities. We had a two bedroom apartment and it was spacious, clean and comfortable for all our family. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

Review 17:Tiny bed (double, 54inches) in tiny bedroom (8 feet by 9 feet). Plumbing noise from upstairs. Having to get keys from office a 5 minute drive from unit especially if you are given the wr ong keys and have to return...

Review 18:Nice clean unit

Review 19:Hot Tub was not working... :-(, but pool was a good alternative!

Review 20:Was better than a hotel! Quiet, comfortable and very affordable! Would definitely recommend!

Review 21:One wall of the bathroom had glass blocks. So revealing inside, awful design for privacy. In kitchenett, Sink and stove and fridge in one unit, hazard. Not feeling safe at all.

Review 22:One of the apartment was without A/C. We paid the same amount for the without a/c apartment as that for the apartment with the A/C

Review 23:We liked the location, cleanliness, bed, comfort, parking, kitchen, utensils, dishes, and furniture. Bathrooms were big and clean. Towels were available. Lots of pillows and comforters. Place was quite and close to picnic area with mountain and river view.

Review 24:I arrived with my family at the Hotel Reception indicated in my bookingconfirmation at past midnight. To my dismay, the reception is closed andno one was around to help us. I called the phone number for the propertyand was answered by a male receptionist that sounded like he just wokeup to answer my call, he told me to go to the neighboring hotel atChateau Mont St. Anne (not affiliated with Hébergement Mont-Ste-AnneCondos) if we can't figure out where to get the keys for the condos! He then proceeded by saying, "they should have sent you theinstructions ahead of time" which I never got. The question is, whycould he not tell me where to pick up the keys if he worked for thishotel. I was standing right by the reception office and described mylocation to him, he didn't seem to know either. The receptionist atChateau Mont St-Anne has re-directed us back to where we came from at1000 du- Beaupre block 600 to get the envelope that contains the keysand instructions on where to go. The direction given were horrible, witha little map that was not well laid out. At midnight, my family and Iwith 2 young kids were playing treasure hunt to find the place we wereto stay, the address given on the envelope is not the same addressindicated on my booking confirmation. It was located 1 km away from theproperty displayed in their website. The place we were directed to was acondo unit in the middle of some neighborhood that looks like a timeshare and something you would see advertised at Air B&B. The bedroomdoors do not close, sinks are clogged, bathroom door needs to be forcedto close and an old faucet in the bathtub that barely worked for theshower! The beds and mattresses looked like Ikea furniture, pillowssmelt like someone had just used them. We barely had any sleep when thelawn mowers in the neighborhood started making rocket noise to cut thegrass at 7am! This is not the hotel I'm used to be getting viaBooking.com.

Review 25:Tis is the most horrible experience I've ever had in my years ofusing Booking.com! Beware of this Hotel. You won't get exactly whatthey advertise. They are misleading and not very honest with theirdescription of the property. Pictures looked good, but they are not whatyou see in the pictures.

Review 26:Housekeeping was sub- standard - could have been cleaner. Dishes should be re-washed by condo staff before next occupant uses them.

Review 27:Loved the location

Review 28:The pool was over a kilometre away and not very nice - way too much chlorine and loud. We were a bit disappointed.

Review 29:Great location, fully stocked kitchen area, comfortable bed - we had a very relaxing time.

Review 30:I requested for an early check in but was not able to because the room was not yet ready. Our parking spot was not available as someone took it. The door to the room was hard to open as it gets stuck.

Review 31:The place is very homey. It is very clean.

Review 32:The ad said that the condo was air conditioned. Unfortunately, the one we rented was not air conditioned and was on first floor by main walkway so could not even leave windows open. Our condo would be a great place to stay in winter but not in summer.

Review 33:Clean and fair price

Review 34:My husband fell skiing and injured himself and so we decided to leave a day early. We couldn't get a refund for the third night.

Review 35:Mountain staff were very friendly

Review 36:for 1 night did not need whole kitchen so price a bit high have to buy wood to use fireplace sign out at 11:00 is too early considering late sign-in at 4 pm also

Review 37:proximity to our party at ski chalet; nothing chic about it but clean and large

Review 38:Telephone to reception was never answered -- queued and waited for over an hour. Bedrooms were small but beds were reasonably comfortable. Kitchen -- toaster had no crumb tray, No teapot, no tea kettle. Could not get the television to work and there were no Canadian television channels listed.

Review 39:Good location.

Review 40:Condo 123 was dates and cery sparsely appointed. Beds were all uncomfortable. Dufferent condos may be better appointed but these owners went bare-bones. After a long day outside a comfortable atmosphere and better beds would have appreciated.

Review 41:Location to mte ste anne.

Review 42:Boring ofter hours. Will be ready - it is not Mont Tremblant village. Nothing to do at night. Hottub and swimming pool is ... 1 mile away! And no sauna.

Review 43:Close to the mountain. You can prepare your meals in the room.

Review 44:- dvd player was broken and staff refused to fix it - strange moist smell in the room - dirty towels in the room

Review 45:- the staff was friendly and kind - very close to the mountain - real fireplace in the room - very quiet - bilingual workers - big and spacious shower

Review 46:Not enough towels in the bathroon.

Review 47:The self contained kitchen with a nice big fridge. The underground parking and the locker for bikes etc. Large bathroom.

Review 48:Bed is neither large nor very comfortable. During summertime most of the shops and restsurant are close. You need to drive few km to find something open. Staff at the reception was neither helpful nor prone to offer suggestions

Review 49:Studio is quite large with fully equipped kitchenette a large tv and a fireplace. Everything well maintained

Review 50:As above ...if I were in charge of tourism for montreal to St Anne du Beapre area!!! I wud advertise more Hav shuttle buses to main attractions, local maps wud b more avail in hotels including time traveling everything is too far apart plus hours of operation But wud lov to return Thx

Review 51:Traveled with my daughter. Had to sw from orig. Room in condo too far for us...they were good about it after u intervened...thx. Was told new room wud b on ground flr. Daughter has health issues too, thank goodness for elevator re: baggage. After hours tel. Operator gruff with non-french people. We left it cleaner than it was. I realize it was off season for this place but...Kitchenette was great but ice box in fridge working poorly, no ice Good deal for 3 nights but a bit pricey with above isses. Thx If they fix things like fridge & add more detail (caution) to advert re: booking room types. Like stairs to unload in condo units, etc. Then I wud recommend

Review 52:I was charged 20% tax. The advertised price was $215. The final price was $277. I left a night early for a family emergency. I will never see that back. The onsite pool was a kilometer away and all the stores were closed for the season.

Review 53:The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The parking was very accessible. The girl at the desk was so nice and helpful.

Review 54:Maintenance and service just perfect, very nice and clean apartment near the ski lift , restaurant service and we are very happy to stay

Review 55:Spotty wi-fi.

Review 56:Loved the location, the well equipped kitchen and the underground parking, which was a nice surprise.

Review 57:Sofa bed was very unconfortable

Review 58:Great location, great amnetities

Review 59:when booked , for king size bed, but only given with queen size bed

Review 60:location

Review 61:They only change towels and clean up after 4 nights of stay.

Review 62:Covered parking garage included.

Review 63:the room was clean , kitchen useful

Review 64:There is no service at all, pool located several kilometers from the building, there's a boiler (!) in apartment...

Review 65:Located at piedmont

Review 66:there was no literature in the condo with regard to amenities and services

Review 67:separate bedrooms

Review 68:Old fashioned flat sheet with blanket.

Review 69:Very clean. Excellent location. The configuration of the room with the mezzanine.

Review 70:Great trails for long walks. Would like more choices, some more flat if possible...

Review 71:Good privacy and comfort.

Review 72:Very clean and kitchen is very well equiped

Review 73:Everithing

Review 74:The kitchenette facilities and the cleanliness

Review 75:The bed was small. Expected a queen however it was a double Wifi did not work as well

Review 76:Beautiful View and the apartment was quite cozy

Review 77:No air conditioner in this facility. The condo was hot during summer. One washroom in 2 bedroom-condo.

Review 78:The location is quiet.

Review 79:Nothing

Review 80:Everything mainly the cleanliness quietness

Review 81:Location

Review 82:Room

Review 83:Wifi connection is not good.

Review 84:Awesome place, and excellent staff!!!

Review 85:Free Wifi didn't work

Review 86:Comfort an location

Review 87:The internet wifi reception was really poor and difficult to get at times

Review 88:great location and very friendly staff

Review 89:Smelled like smoke.

Review 90:bed very uncomfortable. Sheets never changed only towels. no garbage cans around building.

Review 91:Close to St. Annes Basilica

Review 92:The coffee could be a little bit better

Review 93:The location of the place is excellent, we loved every little thing

Review 94:no a/c in rooms

Review 95:beautiful surroundings

Review 96:No complaints...Good value...

Review 97:Convenient location...Clean...Hassle free check-in, check-out

Review 98:poor choice in local dining room was cluttered, too much furniture

Review 99:proximity to the hill

Review 100:Very close to alpine slopes. But sometimes too cold. Supermarket is in 4-5 km. And in any case you need to come here by own car!

Review 101:Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. No bath. Pool was driving distance away. Unit was 12 degrees when first arrived.

Review 102:The bed was interesting.... The panels under the matress weren't stable.

Review 103:We loved our stay! The apartment was perfect!

Review 104:old uncomfortable furnishings and beds. Price does not reflect the age of the unit.

Review 105:location and clenlines

Review 106:- limited toilet paper and kitchen paper towels - limited blankets and pillows

Review 107:- location and proximity to Mont Ste Anne

Review 108:Needs a new can opener !

Review 109:Fireplace

Review 110:The elevator broke down for 3 out of our 4 days.

Review 111:Fairly close to the ski hill, but not a true ski out ski in

Review 112:Nothing not to like maybe the swimming pool could be closer

Review 113:Pretty much everything

Review 114:Uncomfortable bed. Poor quality sheets. Water damaged bathroom. Walmart quality furnishings.

Review 115:Pool and deck

Review 116:the sofa bed should bed should be changed, you can't sleep on that .

Review 117:Very small condo.

Review 118:The condo had everything we needed.

Review 119:This room seemed a bit smaller than rooms I've had here in the past. It was big enough though.

Review 120:Right at the base of Mont Ste-Anne. True ski-in ski-out.

Review 121:My only complaint is the parking spaces are to close together. There is not enough room to open doors as most vehicles are SUV's these days.

Review 122:We liked being close to laundry room and elevator. We were also impressed that our back pack we left in cafeteria was turned in to lost and found, and got it back, when we went to the lost dept.

Review 123:Original townhouse that we were to stay in got switched for technical reasons, therefore our request for a queen bed couldn't be accommodated. The kitchen was sparsely furnished making it difficult to cook some things.

Review 124:The location was great. Very private and quiet. Clean and comfortable as well. The townhouse was cozy and a great place to chill after a day of skiing.

Review 125:The only bed in the condo was a Murphy bed which was awful to sleep on. The staff were indifferent at best. We didn't have a coffee pot and after suggesting we just didn't see it (and us inquiring after 3 separate occasions) we finally received one 12 hours later. Lastly - there was a $5 charge for a log to burn in the fireplace - admittedly not a big deal but we would have preferred that this been buried into the price rather than having to keep going to reception to buy a log.

Review 126:Location - being slope side was incredibly convienent. Under ground parking was fantastic and a great bonus. We arrived and staying during a storm - we were very appreciative of the under ground parking (which was heated). Although the condo itself wasn't what we expected re: comfort - for the price over the holiday season the value was great. The facilities were very clean and clearly taken care of.

Review 127:Extremely difficult to find the complex, based on the address provided by booking.com. Lack of signposting in the garage, around the complex, and on the surrounding road made a night time arrival stressful.

Review 128:Flat was well equipped and ideal for a family.

Review 129:The staff was extremely helpful. Melanie at the front desk was so nice that it broke our hearts to say good bye to her! The location is beautiful and the ski mountains are right in the back! Everyday tons of people would be in the parking lot of the hotel for paragliding. The basilica was 5 minutes away and Quebec City was 20 mins away. All in all it was an excellent place!

Review 130:Nothing really

Review 131:Small studio perfectly designed and efficient, had everything we needed. Front desk staff accomodated our early arrival and gave us an apt so we could change and ski....and recommended a restaurant for dinner, off the beaten track that was exceptional " The Baker".. Overall an excellent experience and we would stay again.

Review 132:No staff after 10pm, poor heating, outdated decor, terrible foam mattress, no dishwasher in unit, lack of restaurants, boutiques on site, swimming pool 1 km walk away in minus 30?

Review 133:Great location

Review 134:The bed was located on the mezzanine, but the shower was on the lowerlevel of the unit. It was uncomfortable to climb steep and narrow stairsto the second level. It was too hot to sleep confortably because thecold air from a/c on the main floor wouldn’t reach mezzanine.

Review 135:Spacious room with a table and a fridge, nice view, very quiet, clean, good parking.
