Review 2：Close to airport rooms are great breakfast included very nice indeed. Pickup from Airport, 15hours from time of ckeck in to check out. Will strongly reccommend for layovers if you dont need to go into City

The tables in the dining room were each painted with a different species of Brazilian bird. Hotel had local charm.

Review 7：The staff, the prices of everything at frigobar like a lil water was 5reais. Was absurd because hotels like reinassence did not charge youthat much for water and beers and stuff. Review 18：i asked for late check out and they confirmed a free late checkout. The day of arrival I re check this and they say that no, if i want to stay have to pay as an extra day, so I refuse and have to leave before.

Incredibly noisey Staff totally disinterested and unhelpful, we requested a child's cot 6 times finally to be told they don't have any. This hotel is used by local airlines to put up guests when flights are cancelled so reception is constantly rammed with people. Breakfast very average at best. All round terrible mistake thinking this was a 4 star hotel near the airport. Not a relaxing night after a long haul flight. Do not book if you are looking to relax after a long journey

Review 25：A particular staff at the reception who treated my son-in-law with disrespect because he is a Brazilian. Here is the problem: we arrived from Ilheus at the hotel by 9 am. We were made to pay half of the day's rate for checking in early. We took a room so that we could at least put our luggage and have breakfast. We asked for another room for 12 noon since that was the checking time. It was agreed upon and I was going to pay cash. But this lady went after my son in law and started speaking in portuguese. I told her she did not have to speak to him because I was the one booking the room.She persisted and I noticed the condescending way she was speaking to him and I was unhappy. That staff should not be in the front line of Monaco and should be replaced.

Review 26：The help from the reception, staff and the owner. The fact that this is perhaps the place we felt most comfortable because most front line staff spoke English. For the first time since being in the country for almost a month (ilheus), it was in Monaco that we had the best meal with assortment of salads etc. So for us food, language, cleanliness, the willingness to attend to clients promptly was important

Review 27：Noise and party on top flor all night. They had parked the car for us, and when we asked for it we waited 35 min, and didn't get our car :( we had to take a taxi.

Review 30：The hotel was hard to find and although close to the airport, it was located in a bad area. We were very uncomfortable driving around and did not feel safe. Our beds had sheets with stains and holes and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. There was constructions right outside the windows and we could hear everyone coming in and out of their rooms. We were relieved our car was safely returned when we left.

Review 32：The hotel's shuttle was delayed and the driver drunk and quite reckless. The hotel room had three lights broken. The a/c wasn't working. The restaurant was open for the locals only, we couldn't speak portuguese so nobody came to our table, even though we waived the waiter hundred times. Nothing decent nearby to have dinner instead. This is not a good hotel for making a one day stop whatsoever. Don't loose your money here.

Review 34：Location was really bad. Shuttle was horrible. Driver was careless, talking to other drivers he knew shouting out the window. Hitting the brakes to sudden stops, too fast on curves on the road, luggage piled up on front seats very dangerously, unstable. Fellow passenger unpiled the luggage which then blocked the corridors..... nightmare ride!!!!!

Review 86：They didn't have English or Spanish speaking employees. After checkout the bathroom was annoyingly in the restaurant. The coffee machine was broken. U have to watch out for the shuttle as there are no announcements and u can't see it come unless your standing outside. There was no USB charger and using the computers was a pin in the behind. Cab from airport is 50 Reis. On train and bus it's about 1 1/2 hours from centre (paulista). And after train return to hotel was 85 Reis as it's out of centre do taxi doubles in price.

Review 88：I started looking for a hotel to spend the night in Guarulhos . After all , spending 9 hours in the airport would be no cakewalk . So I called the Monaco convention . Despite appearing in the booking as having many rooms available , the attendant informed me that they were overbooked . Took a chance and got the room on booking . The attraction of the hotel is that is near the airport and transfer " for free." Taxi in SP is expensive and would be a 90/100 dollars to go back and forth to a hotel. I took the shuttle from 23:30 , arriving at the hotel 20 minutes later. At the reception , showed the reserve booking and the hotel clerk was surprised that. He then went to the supervisor for a few minutes . They were chatting when then asked me what time I had made the reservation . I told them I did not remember and asked what difference did it make, given that the system of booking and the hotel should be connected . They ended up giving me room number 412 . Upon arriving in the room , I noticed a wet towel on the bed . I took a quick look around and realized there were bags and bags in the room . The room was occupied! . As soon as I closed the door and started walking down the corridor i saw a couple getting off the elevator , walking past me and into the room . That is, I did not go for seconds in a room with occupants inside. I went to the front desk and told what had happened , and was answered by a slight chuckle from the hotel employee . The supervisor , senior, was completely frowned . Grumbled a bit about what happened and gave me a key to another room , 513 . Continued grumbling and saying he had to talk to some guy on reserves without apologizing to me at any time. Not a good experience for the price I payid (100 dollars).

Review 98：They got my booking wrong, and when I arrived in the middle of the night with a 4 year old and a 1 year old they were VERY slow in arranging my extra bed (which had been booked). This caused a delay in an hour until my children could go to sleep, and they even try to blame me for the confusion. So much for "the customer is the king".

Review 106：Location is good, near the international airport (Guarulhos). English is rarely spoken. Althoug the breakfast is so so, I would like to thank to F&B staff. I forgot my bag at there, when I turn back I learnt that they gave it to the reception. So many thanxxx.

Review 120：Choose this hotel because it is close to the airport, had just missed my flight. It was not that close to the airport, but close enough. And they have a cheap shuttle bus to get you back there, maybe they can pick you up too, don't know. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were nothing fancy, but nice. Very comfy bed.

Review 121：The room was extremely dirty. Black hair on the pillows. Bathroom, hair everywhere and very muddy. When we went to change the room they gave us an even dirtier one.
