Review 12：The "tourist tax" which is supposedly optional seems to be added as a matter of course.I have had to complain and get it deducted on two occasions.The sums were negligible but there are enough taxes in the world to pay without getting caught up with "optional" ones.

Review 22：Had to wait quite a while for the airport shuttle to arrive. Although the next day early morning the bus did leave at the advertised time. Next time I would not bother and just take a taxi. Wifi in the room was very bad which was a pain, as it was one of the criteria why I chose this hotel. I was really exhausted after a long international flight and wanted to stay in my room whilst finishing some important work online. I had to head back to reception in the middle of the night to ask for help, they had no idea if or where there was good WIFI in the hotel. Eventually I found a fairly good WIFI signal in the hotel lobby. This meant my already short night was even shorter by having to argue with reception and walking around the hotel to find a good signal! Would have appreciated if they would have told me on arrival!

I was then twice given a keycard that didn’t work so had to keep returning to reception (and queuing again!), therefore it was almost an hour after arriving at the hotel that I finally got into my room. By then I was so exhausted that I didn’t even bother to complain when I found the toilet unflushed (yuk!) and the bathroom floor dirty with both footprints and small pieces of rubbish.

However I had to take a plane at Guarulhos Airport very early in the morning, so I choose this hotel because they offer free airport transport service "24h". I though that this service would compensate the overprice. It turned out that they offer such service at not so flexible hours, in particular, not at the time I needed it. I had to pay for a taxi. This means that I wasted the extra money I decided to pay for the free transport service. My suggestion for the hotel is to publish on the Booking.com website the timetable of the airport transport service. Also, it is very noisy, I could not sleep due to the airplane noise every 5 minutes. I think they should put a double glass windows to completely attenuate the noise...

Review 53：It's close to the airport, so on one side it's great, and despite that it's also peaceful and quiet. However, you need a car for everything, since there's nothing around like drugstores, supermarkets, etc.

The hotel, or out, or even in your room, since it has everything, from refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, toaster, cofee maker, plates, etc. And still they clean everything for you. Review 85：Not a pleasant experience. In our room there were towels for only 1 person (we were 2 adults and a child). A few light bulbs were burned out. We switched the air conditioning on, and after 5 minutes it started dripping loudly. At the reception they proposed to move us to another room or to get someone to fix it. Neither solution was acceptable, since our little child, after a 12 hour flight, finally got to sleep and we didn't want to wake him up. We switched the a/c off, and after a while it stopped dripping. Then we had to open the window, since it was too warm inside, but the noise from outside was unbearable, so, despite our tiredness, we couldn't sleep. The staff didn't offer any apology for this unforgettable night. We weren't impressed with the food quality or variety at the restaurant (however breakfast was much better). Some of the staff was really unhelpful and unfriendly (for example the waitress ignored me for about 10 minutes, even though she'd seen me and the restaurant was nearly empty). The hotel is a bit tired.

There is a restaurant and room service so if you need eating options, you are covered. I will say that its not the best quality, but hey its convenient if you are in a pinch.
