Review 1：the support to the Customers are really poor. I believe the lack of room assistance and needs of maintenance comes from the fact the Hotel is new and still in training.

Review 2：I like the staff nevertheless not being efficient. And the size and quality of rooms are great. I believe that Hotel, after the launch process , will come a good unity.

Review 3：Very bad noise isolation - 2 unexpected awakenings during the night because of other people came back to their rooms. We were able to understand what they are talking about :(

Review 5：Breakfast overpriced, things didn't work like the hdmi and audio cables, hotel tried to con us on paying in CZK taking their commission which would have worked out at nearly 30 euros on top of what we paid for a two night stay - ask to pay in Euros. Parking also expensive. Not a true double bed but two beds pushed together. Ugly location. Pretend luxury, not the real thing.

Review 13：The first night a Saturday the restaurant was closed to guests due to a wedding the receptionist apologised and very helpfully advised us where best to eat, on the Sunday after a long day we decided to eat at the hotel, when we asked at reception to make a reservation he told us 'it's closed tonight' no I'm sorry but I can recommend somewhere ! So we can not review the hotel restaurant as we never got chance to eat there.

Review 14：The hotel room was lovely it was very clean and had everything you could need in it down to a small ironing board which came in handy. The lady who checked us in was very very helpful even advising us where to eat.

Review 15：I noticed some unperfections on the buliding, which I suppose was refubrished - e.g. broken window frame, rusty underground parking ceiling - I think it should be repaired asap to improve the image and impression

Review 16：The hotel is located in the city center very close to the amenities, mall etc. The facilities in the room were impressive - a kettle, a bath with jacuzzi etc. The size of the room is also OK. While I got in to the room I saw an invitation directed to my name signed by the manager of the hotel - it was a really pleasure.

Review 17：Our room was next to the restaurant and even through two doors we could hear the sound of plates! But as the breakfast was very good we didn't mind that much that we have been woken up. the parking is being renovated- but we have been offered a card for parking in a near by parking space - about 5 minutes walk from the hotel ( you can still drop off your bags at the hotel and then park)

Review 19：The maintenance of the hotel is poor. The air conditioning is not strong enough, the mini bar refrigerator did not cool, and worst of all there was a loud party in the restaurant which is located on the 5th floor where our rooms were as well. It was a sleepless night. Drunk participants banged on all doors, quite scary.

Review 41：The rooms are not cleaned properly, the bed linen was changed in 4 days after we've asked for it for a few times. Almost everyday we were facing the situation with the lack of free tables at the breakfast, so had to wait in a queue. Another unpleasant situation we've faced with the parking at the hotel. Despite we've paid for all 7 nights for the parking, sometimes we found NO hotel's parking place available, so had to park at other places. In general, the hotel is quite nice, but the comfortability and details essential for the guests ARE in a significant NEED to be improved!!! So, by a 10-point scale of our expectations, we would have given 6...

Review 42：We would like to share with everybody our opinion based on our stay at Pytloun City Boutique Hotel. Upon our arrival in the hotel it turned out that the room we've booked via Booking.com had been already occupied by the others. So, we had to listen to some unreasonable explanations at the hotel's reception. The receptionist told us that they could do nothing and that we should wait for a couple of days and talk to the reception's manager. So, we had to accept the room which was 2-level lower than the booked one (the booked one was supposed to be the best in the hotel, Royal Club Room). The hotel itself is quite nice, the rooms are quite comfortable and warm, but the service at the hotel needs to be improved.

Review 43：I think its just a European experience, but it said the room was adouble bed, but it was two twin beds pushed together which came apart inthe middle of the night.

Review 44：I was here on business. The location was convenient to the client andhad a restaurant attached so I didn't have to think about where toeat at the end of a long day. Room was nice, comfortable, very updated.

Review 45：no black out blinds - we got there at 2am in the morning so we were expecting to sleep until at least 10am... we all woke up at 7am.. so so bright without black out blinds. We were in a triple bedroom. Our other friends were in a double bedroom with black out blinds... The hot water run out in one morning but I guess it's quite normal in East Europe. :)

Review 47：Breakfast was a total chaos, took 25 minutes to get a coffee, the buffet was not replenished, there was even not enough cutlery. Order for omelette was mixed up and they ran out of sausage. Such a shame!

The parking garage was filled with "Reserved" signs for wedding guests, and the hotel restaurant was closed during the whole weekend because of wedding parties.

All the staff were very polite and friendly. The location is very central. We will definitely stay in the hotel again when in Liberec.
